He told me via email that he had changed his plans and was going out with a private lesson instead of taking us out. His policy says that if there is a cancellation due to weather you can't get refunded, you have to reschedule, so he wouldn't give me a refund. I booked him for a trip with friends who were only in town for a weekend and he couldn't fit us in to reschedule during the weekend. I called and left voicemails all day asking him to please call me and he never picked up the phone. Extremely unprofessional, he abused his weather policy to keep my money and also get a private lesson in when it worked for him with no regard for the client.

He was able to take 6 for a banana boat ride while 2 sat in the boat and took pictures. We had 11 people for the banana boat so he made 2 trips for us. Everyone had a great time from the youngest (5 yrs.) to grandma and grandpa. Keith was so accommodating to all the needs of our large group and everyone liked him so much.
