"Santa Gary" aka the agent for the Santas, went verbally abusive on me because my large corporate company takes 2 weeks to cut a check, (not uncommon for most). We have used his services for several years, he knows we are not going to take advantage of him. Last year, I had the check ready for his Santa who said he was not allowed to accept it. Sounds like "agent" Santa doesn't want "actor" Santa to know how little he's getting from the astronomical fee his agent charges. I have advised everyone I know to think twice before doing business with Santa Gary of Santa Atlanta. There are plenty of Santas for the season who would appreciate your business. With such a short window to make your money for the year, you'd think Santa would be more polite and yes, jolly:) Happy Holidays!

Gary was very excited about my idea and quickly responded to all of my communications. Along with the contract, he even sent me a picture of the "Descendant" we are getting. I loved that touch! I just emailed Gary to ask if we could change Santa's arrival time, and within 20 minutes had gotten a response and new contract reflecting the change. I am surprised at Monica's review as my experience has been very different. I'll try to remember to come back and edit my post after the event, but until then, I give Santa Atlanta a 5 for customer service. UPDATE: My December event has come and gone, and I am happy to report that it went off without a hitch. Our Santa did a great job, and we had numerous compliments on him. I would use Santa Atlanta again, and I have already referred the company to several of my friends.

Here too similar to Lennox there's a lot of parking that has been prohibited for anyone to park for free and rather it's being reserved for you to pay for valet parking. So if you're lucky, you'll find a good spot. At this mall, there is a sax Fifth Avenue but there is no Neiman Marcus. This mall also has the Hermes store which was the real reason for the visit. However, it's proximity to the Nobu hotel and the Noble restaurant is also very convenient. I will say this place is filled with security, which is really impressive and it is sad though that there are quite a few stores in here that are still empty looking for tenants. But if you're looking for super high-end and Neiman Marcus and Lennox Malk doesn't meet your criteria drive a little bit further less than a mile away and you are exactly where you need to be. I loved being here. The ambience is fantastic. I just wish they had more choices for food and more stores in the empty spaces.

We came around Christmas which was crazy busy but once we were able to find a parking spot (which was a little rough) it felt totally fine walking here and there. They also have a few niche businesses here too, like an Asian toy store, a botox store and eye clinic. Tons of options, plus all the restaurants and a small food hall to sit in.

I went to Atlantic Station for their Chinese New Year celebration this weekend, and it was a really…read moreenjoyable event. There was a live show featuring the traditional ceremonial dragon dance, which was exciting to watch. They even taught the crowd a few Chinese phrases, which made it interactive and fun. There were also vendors offering food, arts and crafts, and souvenirs for the kids, giving it a great community feel. Thankfully, the rain cleared up and the weather stayed dry, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the event had to offer.
