This place deserves 0 stars lmao, Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first visit and it will definitely BE MY LAST. ASHLEY and ERIC!!!!!!!! have some of the worst customer service I've encountered. Ashley's attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. Instead of helping customers, she came across as if she was babysitting everyone, constantly micromanaging people, giving dirty looks, and making unnecessary comments that made the entire experience uncomfortable. Eric was no better. He ignored customers, spent his time hiding in the back talking instead of doing his job, and showed little to no interest in helping anyone. It felt like customers were an inconvenience to the staff. ‼‼‼‼ To make matters worse, this is a cash-only dispensary, which is already inconvenient, yet they charge some of the highest prices around for a disappointing selection. If you're going to charge premium prices, the least you can do is provide decent customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries that actually appreciate their customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and go somewhere else. Autumn is also a weirdo who likes to sleep with married men and should be taken into custody for the stuff she does with minors outside of her job. read more

I'm gonna give it to scarfs I stopped going here a long time ago because the prices are out of control. I can get anything in this dispensary cheaper. They don't know their prices yet still it's been over a year. I just paid more for the same thing that I bought yesterday I'm giving this two stars because the blood tender was very nice and very helpful and dealt with me, but I just got ripped off....... And it was like right in front of my face. I've been smoking weed for a long time. I know enough about it to know the difference between a Rozen and a resin one's really dark brown and one is very light and very different consistency and way more expensive. you guys need to get it together read more

Definitely want to give a shout out to Rachel. Today I went in because about two weeks ago I got two disposals & when I went to use the second one it was fully charged but not hitting anything. Didn't expect to get a whole new one just thought I would get another discount or a deal. But she confirmed the pen was not working asked if I wanted the same or something different, which I went with the same as long as it was working. No hesitation on customer service very friendly, professional & made a customer happy. This is my usual go to location, everyone is always very friendly & helpful but today Rachel definitely made a repeating customer to continue supporting.!! read more

I gave this place a second chance after a bad first experience, I can confidently say that I will never be returning to get my flower here. The bud tenders were rude and when I first walked in I overheard them talking about inappropriate topics. When I asked a question about some of the product I was interested in my server was condescending and was rushing me to buy and leave. Never come here for your flower or carts. read more
