Haven't been back until today (3 years later) just because I was in the area and needed new pods. Complete 180 from my first visit, security up front was super friendly and checkin was quick. When we entered, we were greeted and assisted quickly, employees were super chatty, helpful and friendly, they had a special on their pods but 2 get the 3rd half off, so I got a great deal as well. If all my visits could be guaranteed to be like this, I would highly recommend and become a repeat customer! They also take cards now, 3 years ago I was told cash only and your employee was nice enough to let me know the pods had a 7 day warranty on them in case any of my batch were defective. read more

The pods this brand makes is terrible! I've bought over 20 of these pods and they still clog and you have to pop the bubble. Even after popping it the liquid comes out from the top. I stopped in the next day, asked the dude with ear gauges if they had the same deal going., Gauge dude said yes, rang me up, only to find out the deal is on Saturdays in February only, until the 22nd. Im a regular customer with this facility. Usually go twice a week. They gave me the wrong product when i ask for a disposable pen. Well they gave me a pod. When i went back to let them know i had to be charged again for the difference and was also charged the fee to pay with my debit card again. They went to check the cameras that have no audio and said the sales person verified the product with me and the manager said well if ur a regular then you should know that the packaging is different.
