When this place first opened up, the customer service was great. I've noticed for a while that the customer service has started to decline in a very negative way. Yesterday was my official last time going back after trying to see if things will change. Why are there always 4-5 employees behind the counters and only one taking customers and the line starts to get backed up. Why are the girl employees giving dirty looks to customers and giving mean girl energy when they are "helping". Why are the guys just standing around talking to each other while the line is backed up with 6-7 people waiting. I understand it's a dispensary but atleast make it a dispensary people would like to come back. The past few times I have walked through the door the energy has been negative and the energy from the bud-tenders is unwelcoming. Nobody wants to stand in a 10 minute line to be treated dismissively by a mean girl or a guy that rather talk to their coworkers instead of actually helping. read more

The next time i went in i asked about my discount and was told that we should have used mine instead cause their system only stores the new persons discount with their name. I paid without issue but Candice ( I believe shes was a manager) put a note by my name to give me a discount the next time i came in to make it right. First timers, casual, and less knowledgable users should be very careful here. They will give you the wrong information about products. Generally have a pretty good experience here, but today I had a really odd encounter with one of their employees. I try to purchase the new live resin raw garden all in one's (white battery). When I was asking my budtender (he did not know which is fine) trying to figure out whether or not the live resin was the white (new) or green (old) battery another bud tender who was stocking near by him and told me straight out that the new raw garden live resin batteries only come in green and not white. I told him that I have been using these devices exclusively since inception and that they in fact have the live resin in white battery (I bought one 2 days before from you guys). He then proceeded to tell me straight to my face that I was wrong. That only the live rosin batteries come in white. Then the budtender who was originally helping me procceded to add that new live resin batteries come in black, during the same conversation in which he said 30 seconds prior that he did not actually know. I do not understand the need for your employees to call me a liar to my face very adamantly when they are wrong about the very products that they're supposed to have some knowledge about. Always a hassle. Security checks my i.d. and it seems like every time I go in he says oh, can you go check back in over there. The first time check in line is a very slow line and very inconvenient to do every time just to go in and stand in another slow line. Inside customer service is friendly but high prices (atleast on Plug Play) which is what I buy.
