She gave no ETA and another half an hour later and the order still isn't processed. This was the only place that had it in stock so I am pretty annoyed. Other shops under the same ownership are way better. The Corona Cake House is way better than the people working here. Just another ship with employees that don't care about their jobs or giving good service. It's a wonder why so many shops are shutting down. Sure, taxes and all but that wouldn't be an issue if you treated customers well. Never ordering from here again. I'm also going to leave reviews everywhere I can because this was an awful first experience with this shop. I was planning on driving half an hour to get there but now it's too late and I won't be able to get what I wanted.

Yesterday was my official last time going back after trying to see if things will change. Why are there always 4-5 employees behind the counters and only one taking customers and the line starts to get backed up. Why are the girl employees giving dirty looks to customers and giving mean girl energy when they are "helping". Why are the guys just standing around talking to each other while the line is backed up with 6-7 people waiting. I understand it's a dispensary but atleast make it a dispensary people would like to come back. The past few times I have walked through the door the energy has been negative and the energy from the bud-tenders is unwelcoming. Nobody wants to stand in a 10 minute line to be treated dismissively by a mean girl or a guy that rather talk to their coworkers instead of actually helping.
