In fact, there must've been a promotion going on, since my friend who doesn't play was given a free draft booster, probably in an attempt to keep the noble tradition alive. The other stuff you can get are varied. You have comics (evidently) in the style of manga and western graphic novels. I also noticed some magazines and art books. Aside from these are some interesting board games, apparel, figurines, action figures, and miscellaneous accessories. There's also a place for games; I saw people playing with cards (likely also Magic). The store is completely judgment-free, so don't worry if you feel like you stick out. The staff here are very friendly and will help you find what you need.

I am not well versed in most of the stuff. We took a personal tour of the store to show me everything he had related to the one topic I said I was looking for as a gift. He's got a lot of good ideas and seems like he can also order anything he may not have at the time. Note he also runs a website which I'm pretty sure has a wishlist feature, so check this out as well! I'm really happy this store came to the mall. It's a great shopping store. When we walked in at around 6:30pm on a weeknight, the entire store was deserted but there was a tournament of some sort going on. Te same thing happened the last time we came. I'm all about having tournaments, but these instances majorly hindered the business. The first time we went in there was literally no staff at the counter. Even after waiting, no one ever came and no one asked us if we needed help. The second time we came, there was someone behind the counter, but when we asked for help he said "I can't help you, I don't work here," in an incredibly rude tone. I couldn't believe this! We then wandered around looking for the board game we were on the hunt for, and still, no one seemed to be available to help us. On our way out the door, someone told us to "have a good night." When we asked him if he actually worked there, he said yes and asked if he could help us. He told is he had the game we were looking for, but not the version we wanted because "no one carries it anymore." (Note: we found it down the street at Mastermind Toys - ha!) Unless you enjoy the tournaments they host here, I would avoid this place. That is, unless you check their schedule and make sure not to go during one of their events.

As usual, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were very accommodating and open to questions. I was looking at the Mandalorian Dark Saber (elite fx edition) that they have in stock because I'm a huge fan and they are always so cool with me coming in just to look at it.. One of the staff members came up to me (I'm pretty sure it was the assistant manager) and asked me if there was anything else I wanted to look at... she gestured toward the PS5 Display box. I asked if they had them in stock, and if they are selling them on the spot, she said yes. I was able to purchase a PlayStation 5 disc edition with two additional games, add a warranty on my controller, all for the product's retail price. NO TO SCALPERS! Thank you for making Christmas of 2021 a memorable one. I am loving the PS5, and I look forward to buying more games from you guys in the future. This is a very powerful console. The graphics, paired with a 4K HDR TV are absolutely stunning. The controller is probably the coolest part of this whole thing. It is unbelievably interactive. The haptic feedback on the triggers feels so real, Astros Playroom is a really cool game to introduce you to this console and it's features. And it's really cute and nostalgic for devoted PlayStation users as well. My bundle came with Ratchet and Clank and Spider-Man. Again, incredible graphics. Visually stunning. Very interactive with the controller. Feels very real. Every hit, gunshot, and story environment. The dashboard is no different than the one you are used to on the PlayStation 4. Very similar in layout, but more visually stunning that its predecessor. All of that being said, this is the biggest gaming console I have owned to date. My console is standing vertically as I barely have enough room to put it horizontally on one of my shelves. But, that does not make it a dealbreaker. As for the internal hardware, The operating system for the PS5 will take up a good portion of the 825 GB of storage you have available. I purchased a internal SSD drive from Best Buy. A 1TB western digital black series heat sink SSD. The installation was relatively easy. Make sure you touch a metal surface before you start opening your PS5. You don't want to shock and risk damaging your console. Be very gentle with the screws that hold down the additional SSD drive. Do not force The screw or tighten it too tight. you could risk misthreading the tiny screw. Also, I highly recommend getting an additional controller and the PlayStation 5 charging dock. I'll admit, these controllers do seem to drain after two hours or so. Overall, I give the PS5 five out of five stars! As well as GameStop in Barrhaven 5/5! Thanks a lot guys! We have been enjoying visiting this local used book store, roughly once a month. They got us hooked…read moreon a series of books, and we keep stoping by to see if they have the next one in the series available. After all, the library does not have absolutely everything! The store is following COVID protocols. The staff is warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. They have oodles of books, with a kids section of the shop, as well as a variety of movies. Recently, because of the holidays coming up, they have been selling groups of a dozen books all individually wrapped, as an "advent calendar" of books, containing such things as Archie comics. To encourage kids to read. This book store has a Facebook page as well, to advertise what they are doing in the wss as y of special events. And watch for the adorable guard-cat :-)
