No awkward fumbling around and unchanging there. Initially, I was super nervous but I've probably had 6 soothe visits and have gotten pretty comfortable with at-home massages. I will say that the massage therapist are hit or miss - some are significantly better than the others. So, if there's a massage therapist you like - you can always request them later.
