My husband wrote a short review with a similar message but I want to add details of my experience. In June I ordered and paid in full for a wallbed. I was given a verbal commitment that the wallbed would be delivered in August. In August, and September, and October I called customer service multiple times and was told the bed would be ready in "2-3 weeks" by a very nice customer service representative. When I called at the end of October I was told there were problems with the manufacturer and it could be much longer and I was offered a refund that I would receive in the next week. It is now almost mid December and I still have no refund and no wallbed. After my call yesterday my husband wrote the negative review. First thing this morning I received a phone call from Wallbeds saying that when my husband removed the review I would receive the refund. Now this not only seems like theft, it also seems like extortion.
