My phone call today with Lee could have been much more professional. I called to gain clarity about two orders, both about missing items from a previous order and also to make sure that my other order was ready to be picked up and didn't accidentally get shipped. Lee's responses were sarcastic and unhelpful, causing me to not only be confused but frustrated. Before I drive an hour to pick up my orders, I wanted absolute certainty that they were available to be picked up being that this was not true last Friday. These are comments that Lee made: "didn't you receive an email?, Doesn't it say that the order is ready?, why wouldn't you have received your order?, are you sure you even placed your order?" The answers to these questions are not as black-and-white as Lee may think. And the most helpful and easy thing to do is to simply look up the orders and verify rather than make sarcastic comments to me. It should be obvious that I need help and that things are not clear for me, which is the reason why I called. After I was forwarded to Tony, who was able to clarify everything, I received another phone call from Lee following up with me to make sure I was fully helped. I did appreciate that. I'm well aware that we all have our off days, or are not on our A-game for every call.

Smh The kind of non-service that I received yesterday ruined my Mom's 60th birthday party... I DEALT with Max who told me repeatedly after being in contact for months that I wouldn't be able to make a reservation for simply 8 tables and 50 to 60 chairs. We would have tables I promise .... He said ..I asked ample amount of times if I could leave my credit card on file so that when my guy or someone with a truck come by and pick up the tables and chairs there wouldn't be any BS...delivery charge is ridiculous for a few more miles...in Lombard ...I was told by Max- no just pay when you pick up... We don't take reservations or prepay... Then, Charge my card when chairs are ready for pickup. I knew that I wouldn't be able to stop setting up the party and doing what I was doing go to pay... J got there and called me and said they don't have me on the reservation... I explained the situation with the guy at first in a calm manner. But after feeling like I was speaking to a machine... For him to tell me in what verbatim - In what world do you rent anything without a card. You are not buying these tables and chairs... we don't do walk ins.... you need a reservation cause we need to ensure our customers who reserved have what they need ... I just wanted to speak to the owner =MAXX or at least get him on the phone so he could explain to these people on what we talked about. He is OFF today... When you own a business and there is a Bigger issue the owner or manager on call if it goes over the Employee experience. If they care about their business... The this Maag puts on a RUDE ;";"-_:_&#&@ named PAULA....or so she says.... And Immediately she restate the policy... after I asked the guy for the owner.... we went back and forth... Now WE Are screaming at each other EMOTIONAL FRUSTRATION is pouring out... CLEARLY THE DIMWITZ who answered the phone yesterday don't have NO SKILL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... Then this is how I know she don't give a Flying F# .... She SAID SHE WON'T RENT TO ME ANYWAY.... SO I WAS UP THE CREEK TRYING TO GATHER TABLES AND CHAIRS FROM FAMILY Members... AND MY PARTY WAS RUINED.... The only thing the Employees had to do was to call Maxx in order to understand the situation on what he told me...or look at the messages. I knew there would be something not good that was going to come out of this. I BLAME YOU. WHEN THIS COULD Headaches and frustration could HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. Never had a bad experience on this level with anyone On top of that NO APOLOGY, OR CONTACT. THEY DON'T care about the customers.support small business.... Hmmm
