I can't say enough good things about the Snow Queen and Snow Princess Appearance at my daughter's 6th Birthday. The costumes were dead-on, the demeanor and actions were right on target. The faces of my little guests lit up when the Snow Queen and Snow Princess walked in. They were patient from the moment they walked in, till they left. It was a hot day and the performers didn't complain once! They are so very talented as well. They had 24 6 year olds sitting as quiet as could be for an hour and half while they engaged them through song and story. It was an amazing afternoon, as my daughter keeps telling me. The planning process was so simple and convenient. The information on the website was an excellent place to start the process. The email follow-up/communication was outstanding. It was timely, precise and left no room for confusion, all the while being helpful and courteous. I'm sure they get the same questions over and over. I never felt like they were annoyed with me for asking. The performers were amazingly patient. I loved the activity. The girls (and a few boys) had fun building snowmen. They answered questions and stayed in character the whole time. Everything was timed so well. We had enough time for singing, storytelling, pictures, singing happy birthday, an activity and a lovely little princess ceremony at the end that really made my daughter feel special. The party was perfect. We had Ana & Elsa come to my daughter's 4th birthday party. I was a little worried last minute because I had not really discussed with anyone what I wanted to happen, I just filled out a questionnaire. Well, I should not have worried because they arrived and immediately got the kids together and started telling the story of Frozen and singing all the songs within the story telling (Do you Wanna Build a Snowman, Coronation Day, Let it Go, etc). The kids LOVED it and were so captivated that I don't think one child spoke the entire time. The characters had beautiful voices and everyone at the party was asking where I found them! After this they took pictures with the kids that were interested and gave each a snowflake and an autograph. There was still time to build a snowman with felt pieces as well as play find the snowball (Elsa and the kids use their powers to make it glow). Then they sang Happy Birthday and Let it Go one more time before making an exit! The prices were very reasonable from what I saw when I was looking. I would definitely use Looking glass Entertainment again for a party in the future! My daughter is already asking for Ana and Elsa to come back next year for her birthday! read more

We recently had Captain Quigley the Pirate attend our daughters' joint birthday party. He was fantastic! He stayed in character the entire time and handled transitions, questions and comments from the kids and adults with ease and humor. He even incorporated personal information about my girls that I had given the company prior to the party. They loved it! All the kids had a blast and three days later, he is still talked about! From pictures, to a game, to sword training, Pirate Quigley was funny and kept the attention of all the children. We were so glad to have him as our entertainment for an hour! This is the second year that we have used Looking Glass Friends Entertainment for our daughter's birthday parties. Last year we had princess Belle and this year we had Tinkerbell. This is truly a very professional company. The children really loved Princess Belle and enjoyed Tinkerbell. Both performers were truly phenominal. They were very friendly and spoke in a kid-friendly manner. I absolutely loved Belle's singing. It sounded like you were at Disney World. I would surely recommend Looking Glass Friends Entertainment for your pary needs. Last year I chose a makeover for the kids and that was a big hit. This year I chose the craft and the kids decorated a star with jewels. Both entertainers were on time and Princess Belle even stayed a little past her time frame. I loved the dance that Tinkerbell did with the kids and even played the song Let it Go for the kids to dance to. There is no need for any improvements in this company. Everything about this company was wonderful! All the help they gave me with my fickle daughter not being able to make up her mind was amazing! And Ariel was BEYOND my expectations! She was extremely humble and professional & sweet, just like a REAL princess! She was gorgeous & looked just like Ariel. She came in & got right to work. When she started singing from the other room at the sound of the "FREEZE" in freeze tag, ugh, the look on my daughter's face was absolutely priceless! Her voice was so lovely that the other parents said that even they got goose bumps when she did that. And she was sooooo patient with all those girls. They kept interrupting her (my daughter even had to take a bathroom break) and she was just as sweet as can be. From beginning to end this experience was just amazing. They didn't even charge me extra transportation fees for coming out to Northwest Indiana. That is SUCH a bonus to me because everybody else wanted to. Brilliant...they are brilliant! read more

The whole event planning for my daughter's birthday party went smoothly. Looking Glass Friends offered me options when I couldn't book the original time I wanted so it worked out. I wanted something more casual and fun for entertaining the kids and the Snow Queen provided just that and much more, from the moment she rang the doorbell and my daughter opened the door! The Snow Queen was true to her character, was very animated, had a wonderful voice, had time for stories and games, kids were engaged, got kids more involved, and made sure we had time for cake and plenty of time for pictures at the end. Activities within the hour allotted went smoothly. My daughter was wonderfully surprised! She got to sing a duet of Let it Go with the Snow Queen. My daughter felt truly special as a Princess!!! Looking Glass Friends Entertainment engulfs its guests/audience in a magical experience. As the organizer of a 7 year old birthday party, I expected to see the hired performer both in and out of character. I was wrong...she truly was Anna of Arendelle! Anna arrived promptly and entered the birthday party as an enchanted guest. She sang and danced with the girls, giving each one a moment of special attention. Anna came with music and gifts for all. She had the girls state the princess pledge together and then proclaimed all the guests real princesses (and princes)! I cannot express how impressed I was at the talent our entertainer possessed. She was an amazing singer, actress, and compassionate with children. She played into all the hopes, dreams, and expectations of the (on average) 7 year old audience. Right before Elsa was supposed to arrive at my son and daughter's birthday party a horrible thunderstorm hit the area. Elsa was still right on time ready to entertain! I felt so bad she had to travel in that but she walked up with her umbrella like no problem! It was my daughter's 5th birthday and my son's 1st so this was more for my daughter but she was even great with the baby took pictures with him and all. My daughter was beyond surprised and LOVED that Elsa came to her party. Elsa was WONDERFUL!! Very sweet and did wonderful entertainment. The kids and the adults LOVED her!! We had a birthday party for my 5 year old and 3 years old girls and all they could talk about leading up to the party is that Ariel was coming to their party. Once she arrived it was nothing but smiles and singing and dancing. Ariel was extremely professional and made every child feel extra special. I did not feel like we had an entertainer at our party, she made us believe she was Ariel. Christine is also a gem! I booked Ariel almost a year in advance and had many questions. She answered each and every one and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Looking Glass for any party of function. I booked a Frozen party with Looking Glass Friends Entertainment and it was wonderful! The best part was seeing the girls faces light up when seeing Anna and Elsa. The Snow Princess and Snow Queen looked wonderful. Perfect makeup, hair and costume. An added bonus was their incredible singing voices! First we would like to say that this company is great! They are very professional and have great communication! We had Doc McStuffin's visit for our daughters 5th birthday party! She was wonderful and the children loved her. She was very good with the children and played games, told a story and took as many photos as we wanted. Our 87 year old grandmother even loved it! I had a 4th birthday party for my daughter yesterday at our house...a princess style Tea Party. I had Cinderella and Elsa (Snow Queen) come, and they were fantastic! They are really well organized, they get in and get out quickly, and the booking was simple and straightforward. The two performers were excellent, and they sang with all the girls and told Elsa's story. We also really enjoyed the interactive parts, such as having all the girls wave and curtsy. We hired Belle for my daughter's 4th birthday party after seeing Rapunzel in action at a friend's party. I was completely happy with the entire process from beginning to end.
