They allowed us to come in the night before to set up any decorations, and they have a very nice prep kitchen as well with a large catering style fridge and warmer. The party was a hit, during the event the staff stayed close to help with anything we might need. Definitely recommend this venue!! Our theme was Winter Onederland.

Please don't come here if you actually care about the way your child is treated. Long read but worth it. This was my 5 year old's 1st dance class experience. She is quieter than most kids. She started in February 2025 and her last class was early June 2025. We noticed right away that the instructor, who I believe is the owner, Vienna had little patience with kids but we wanted to stick it out. She is usually running behind on classes so you'll start a few minutes late for a 30 minute class but she makes sure that she's done on time. She's on her phone most of the time & trying to figure out what music to play rather than having it ready before class. When she was showing the kids the recital, she was constantly changing moves & making the dance up on the spot. At the last class my daughter attended, you could tell she wasn't feeling class and not doing her best moves. Vienna kept calling her out and telling the class they had to start over because my daughter was doing it wrong. Naturally, that brought my daughter down & she checked out (understanding since again, she's 5). Vienna kept calling her out the whole 30 minute class then grabbed her arms aggressively to do the move properly, mind you she almost never even acknowledges my daughter the whole time she's been enrolled. My daughter came out very sad telling me she doesn't want to come back & of course I don't want her back there either since I did witness everything. I emailed them the following week letting them know she won't be back & asked when we can get her recital costume since we paid for it & she loves playing dress up. Vienna asked if there was something we can work out so she can do the recital at the end of the month & said we can pick up the costume during open business hours if not. The manager, Camille, who is Vienna's mom called me & left messages. I honestly didn't want confrontation so I figured I would respond once we got the costume with the reason we made this decision. My aunt went to pick up the costume for me & they asked if I can call and confirm that my aunt is allowed to take the costume. When I called and told Camille that it was ok, she asked me what happened. I told her what happened & she got defensive & said kids need to be corrected. I agreed but said not to the extent Vienna went to & my daughter was no longer comfortable coming to their "Housee." She asked what I would do when my daughter was corrected at school & I told her she is already great in school & we don't have issues like this. I then told her that I felt Vienna was aggressive when moving her arms and she said she found that hard to believe. Then Vienna took the phone and said I needed to email that it was ok my aunt take the costume which I was trying to do but then she started yelling and I couldn't even understand what she was saying at this point. I told her I wasn't arguing with her & this is exactly why my daughter wasn't coming back & why I didn't tell them why until I got the costume because I KNEW this kind of situation would happen. My mom took the phone from me and told them this wasn't the time to do this since we were at gymnastics so Vienna put the phone down & Camille hung up on my mom. My aunt was cordial with them the whole time but they were being snippy with her. Then they were talking negatively about a 5 year old while my aunt was right there; saying she never listened anyways (which is not at all true plus she's been in gymnastics a year & has absolutely no issues, never wanted to quit either). Then again infront of my aunt, Camille told Vienna that they shouldn't give my daughter the recital shirt but Vienna said just to give it to her because we paid for it. I've seen and heard them acting this way to kids & parents & was hoping I wouldn't have to do this review but here we are. My family nor my daughter never gave them problems but they don't like being told they're wrong. A simple "I'm sorry you feel that way" would have been fine. Extremely unprofessional & I bet they will respond to this with something passive aggressive like their last negative review. This all just shows what kind of people they are.

Being a brewfest, people were behaving okay. No rowdiness. There were several officers on duty to keep the peace. The band was okay. I definitely liked last year's better. Not many sour beers, mostly IPAs and stouts. The VIP section had tables with party mix, but they didn't refill, so it was gone within an hour. The VIP beer selection wasn't anything special. They had 1 set of bathrooms, and they would close periodically. You can only imagine since it was a brewfest! $60 was reasonable for early entry and 25 beer tickets (VIP).

Hopefully people scrambling to get their shots booked won't overlook this mass vaccination site option because it is a bit of a drive from where they live, or they feel it might be too much of a hassle compared to strolling into a Walgreens or a Jewel. Let me assure you it is organized and staffed to the max, from the minute you pull in the lot to when you walk out the door. Plus, what I wasn't sure about, but was happy to confirm, is that they schedule your next shot on the spot. The location itself is very easy to find. As soon as you drive in towards the building there are people directing you towards the parking area, and pointing to the door you'll enter and which direction you'll walk when inside. It is foolproof. Several cars were dropping off elderly and/or handicapped passengers before parking to save them a walk. However, the parking was a breeze and the walk was minimal. Once inside, you'll see a lot of National Guard folks guiding you through the easy process. What a joy it is to see something so organized. The military really does it right. All the personnel were not just helpful, but also friendly and empathetic. This is also where the facility itself shines. It was an enormous hall, with the registration and shot tables neatly spaced out. You are guided along like you're on a conveyor belt and before you know it, you find yourself seated in the post-vaccine resting area, where as you relax to make sure their are no immediate reactions, National Guard people are walking up to everyone individually and setting up dates for their second shot as you sit there relaxed. No extra waiting. So, the center itself is spacious, yet well designed and easy to navigate. It is also very clean. I would gladly return here for any event. P. S. COVID protocols were followed. The bathroom here is spacious and allows for easy changing. I came here for a Grand Opening celebration as my husband knows the owners. They are really hard workers and I like that this is a family run business. Space would be idea for birthday parties, baby/bridal showers, graduation parties,corporate events, sweet 16, repasts, etc. On this occasion they catered food and showcased the venue. I liked the open space concept. There was plenty of room to have a photo booth and dj stand. I would check this out if you need a flexible venue with ample parking. I was impressed by the decor and modern feel of the venue. The Facen family seemed eager to make your event individualized. My wife and I have been taking private dance lessons at Arthur Murray Dance Center Orland Park…read moresince February 2017. We initially attended their open house in January and liked what we saw. Bobby and Julia are excellent instructors who are skilled, friendly and patient with their students. We found these lessons to be a healthy activity to do together as a couple and a lot of fun. The instructors are skilled and constantly finding ways to help us improve our dancing skills. They offer many opportunities to learn with private classes, group classes and awesome parties. I can't believe the transformation in our dancing as a couple. We are thankful we found this gem in our backyard in Orland Park!
