When you first walk in, there is the bar with comfy seating at the bar and lounge area. The concert was downstairs so staff guides you where to go when coming in. Concert was fantastic and pricing was excellent for all what we got that night. The mood setting is nice downstairs for a concert. I had a lemondrop from the bar which was really good. Karaoke was on a school night. A DJ controls the Karaoke selections using Karafun. There were about 8 of us there. The DJ was playing good music in between if you wanted to take the mic and sing. Our group individually sang a few songs. It would be nice to have more of an enthusiastic audience, that is what we are used to at other venues. All in all, this is a great spot. A group of friends and I purchased golf packages each year up until 2025. We patronized the course despite: 1. Poor course maintenance; 2. A requirement that online tee times had to be paid in advance even when we purchased a package; 3. The pro shop phone is rarely answered; 4. GPS does not work on many holes; 5. A teenager as the only pro shop employee on most days. I went to the pro shop on September 10, 2025 to make tee times as well as raise the other issues identified above. General Manager Ed told me to go play place elsewhere and when I expressed our disappointment, we argued and he ordered me out of the pro shop and cancelled the tee times I had requested. I told him we had paid for tee times not used and he said we would be reimbursed, but leave now. My group plays at many south suburban golf courses and we have never experienced this level of customer service. Their business is bad, and we know why.

Our server Michaela was very friendly and suggested a few food items for my wife which were GF. I started with the House Old Fashion and my wife had the Bee's Knees. Both were very good and cost 10.00 each. For lunch I tried their Pecan Whiskey BBQ wings. 5 wings cost 10.00. They were good size and very tasty but I didn't taste any of the Pecan Whiskey flavor. My wife had the Barbacoa Tacos which were filled with braised beef. She could only eat 2 of them so I had the third taco. Flavorful but I would have preferred more salsa or a dipping sauce. I wanted to try their Drop Dead Bourbon separately so I had a small tasting. I loved it so much I bought a bottle to bring home. Cost was 60.00. The history of this distillery dates back to 1857 and is one of Illinois' oldest standing distillerys and was once Al Capones largest bootlegging facility during prohibition. I would love to go back and try a few more of their hand crafted cocktails and one of their signature burgers.

Besides the cocktails my husband asked to taste their straight bourbon called Dead Drop. He enjoyed it and bought a bottle to take home. Specifically, a simple request for an extra chair was met with hostility, and another guest was treated poorly while merely attempting to assist in clearing a table. Since the…read moreeven was tailored to our pets, we had to submit photos prior and the outlines were set for us. My friend and I could request to sit next to each other when we purchased our seats. The prices were more than fair for the amount of work the instructors put in for this event! There was also another paint and sip party in the backroom, the place is larger than you expect looking from the outside. The location is easily accessible and had ample room for a party in the back while we painted our pets out front. Lisa and the other instructor (we only caught one of the instructor's names) were incredibly patient. As someone who isn't very talented in the art department, I didn't feel shamed when I had questions or ran into a problem that I couldn't fix. The two hours flew by and there were many laughs and smiles had by all. It's a really well kept area and I would definitely come back here for another event.

It is a bright and cheery location with plenty of room to roam. There are actually 2 paint rooms, one larger than the other. Both are decorated in a colorful and whimsical way! As far as food and drinks are concerned, this is a BYOB and bring your own food location, but they supply the plates, napkins, cups, and ice. Our instructor was fun and upbeat, making most anyone feel comfortable to attempt putting paint into canvas! In my group were people who had never done a paint and sip before, but their artwork still turned out beautifully.
