As a man there are very few places you can go for a wax of any type. I have been using Tanya for over a year now and I must say it was the best decision I have ever made. From the type of wax she uses, to the after care products, to the aftercare questions and answers. I have never had such a professional and pleasant experience especially when it comes to hair removal. Tanya has always been very accommodating, and straight forward. You might find her services else where cheaper but I assure you when it comes to waxing you get what you pay for!! Then when I called to get directions and a correct address (there was a discrepancy on the website and groupon) i was told I had called the wrong business and their name was California Sun! (a lie). I still found the business and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment (655 Greenbrae) and it was locked up but the original signage was there and they appeared to be open for business. But the door was locked. I called again and she told me she was refusing to provide me the service I paid for and hung up on me. I am in the process of getting a full refund from Groupon. I purchased a Groupon prior to a short notice trip to Hawaii in April. I used my first session with Jen the day before we left. I was really nervous since I'd never tanned with them. I was naughty and didn't wash until the following morning, but the tan was beautiful! No streaks or orange and long lasting. It was nice to have color so I didn't have to wear a lot of makeup in Hawaii humidity. I just did my second and third spray with Mikayla, and she's great! Makes you feel totally comfortable, and is thorough making sure everywhere is even. She always gets me in, even when I'm last minute. They have a cute little boutique as well with makeup and 18+ fun, very reasonably priced. The salon is cute, they do a great job at a very reasonable rate, and def get an A++ for customer service.
