Atmosphere- this place is a Salon Suite which basically means that there's a large quantity of stylists with very small rooms as their offices or treatment rooms. Of course it isn't plush and stunning because there's not much room but I will say that for that her space it is comfortable clean and stylish. There is not any waiting rooms around these Suites except for a bench at the entrance way. Treatments- offerings are limited to waxing and lashes but I really love her attitude where she focuses only on the things that she excels at. Price- I did my full arms $35 and brows ar $20 not including the 20% off from Yelp. For the Reno area and what felt to be higher end products she used I found it to be a good value. Service- this is a one-woman shop but I found the technician sweet charming and genuine. She seems to have a very strong focus on the best care possible which I can appreciate. NINA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! So sweet and professional and actually cares about her clients. I had gone elsewhere to get my eyelash extensions done, which was a HUGE mistake (glue everywhere and tons of it, so irritating on my eyes). When it was time to get them off I tried to go where I got them done and they wanted to charge me $25 even after spending $300 with them. I called Nina and asked for a removal price she was so nice on the phone and told me it would be only $15, which is the cheapest I had found so I made an appointment. I went in and she started the removal process, I felt so bad she had to remove the mess of someone else's doing. She was so patient with me and was extremely gentle. Her studio is super clean and comfortable and if it's your first wax, I can't think of a kinder or sweeter person to walk you through it and calm any fears or concerns you may have. Shortly after, I decided to get lash extensions. Nina really took time to discuss what kind of look I wanted and she is so meticulous with placement, I felt so beautiful after! Nina is an absolute delight. She emailed and texted me before my service with directions so I'd know where to go. She's located in a salon with a bunch of other providers so it could get confusing. Her suite is beautifully decorated. And she's an excellent aesthetician. She pulls the wax off fast! My hair is very fine so most people have to wax my upper lip 2-3 times per side to pull all of it. I was visiting from out of town and needed an eyebrow wax. I wasn't sure who to go to so I turned to Yelp, where I found Waxes and Lashes with great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Nina got me in within a day and was AMAZING!
