At one point, he went back to redo a window because he wasn't satisfied with how it turned out, and he also noticed some silicone residue on another window and took the extra time to make sure it was removed. He even cleaned the bathroom mirrors while he was working on the windows in those rooms, which was an unexpected and appreciated extra touch. Throughout the appointment, he kept me updated on his progress and walked me through the results of the dryer vent cleaning when he finished.
