Josh should be fired. I walked in a dispensary with two employees helping no one. My 80 year old uncle called to thank me for attending his birthday celebration. JOSH proceeds to make a claim that I can't make a transaction while on the phone. Without incident, I politely stepped away from the counter to the waiting area. JOSH again interrupts my conversation to say that I wasn't deep enough in the lobby for him. This was bias and controlling behavior coming from the "Customer service rep." JOSH rudely talked over my rebuttals to explain his personal policy. MUV has no sign, suggestions, or policies about customers talking on the phone. JOSH SHOULD BE FIRED! I'm NEVER going back to the Hendricks store because of how I was treated! If MUV continues to employ people like JOSH, then the business model won't last too much longer. read more

Wow have they upgraded!!!! Nice and spacious, great displays, and always number one is the customer service..rated 10/10 by... ME. Went in today, Benjamin assisted me, knowledgeable, patient-some things I just can't explain, but he knew what I was trying to put out...guess he gets that a lot . Customer Serive, product knowledge, and patience..top tier. The place is beautiful, MUV sent me a txt to rate Benjamin, but the link is no good. Still basic products, but It May be that way until recreational is legal in Florida.. sure would like some Cheetos, or peanut butter cups, popsicles would definitely cool down a hot summer day... but that's for another time. Great customer care & service by Owen today at this muv location (and also Josh). owen was so kind & patient in answering not only questions in the products that i was interested in, he helped in several avenues in utilizing my points....Being disabled is a challenge, but i refuse to take opoids & medical marijuana has been a lifestyle changer for myself after several back surgeries & a neck surgery....the knowledge, kindness, cleanliness & care of these employees at this dispensary never has ceased to amaze me! In addition, they show me that people in this industry are learning new avenues every day & share that info to patients. Great customer service every time I come in. Friendly and funny staff. I come to Muv specifically for the pain patches. I have endo and pcos so my period cramps are beyond awful and debilitating. I end up having to take 1600mg of ibuprofen at a time to even make a dent in my pain. Instead of meds (since I messed up my stomach from years of pain killers thanks to my monthly "friend"), I sometimes use a TENS machine to help with the cramps and that helps an okay amount. The best relief is definitely from the topical patches I get here. I get the 1:1, thc, and cbd ones. Since my periods are so painful, instead of one 1:1 patch, I typically apply one thc and one cbd patch at a time and then on day 2 or 3, I add on a 1:1 patch as well. The patches are for up to 72 hours of relief. I've also used them on my back, shoulders, & neck for migraine and tension headache relief. Can't recommend these products enough and this location is great! read more

Pretty good experience here overall. I placed an online order last night for express pickup today and was in and out within 15 minutes when I stopped by. The young man at the front counter was very helpful and helped explain a couple things to me while I waited. The budtender that dispensed my medicine could have been more friendly, however. I wanted to add something onto my order after glancing at the menu and she was pretty rude about their policy and explained that she would have to cancel my order and place me in the walk-in line. So I opted to just stick with my original order... No big deal but a shame for them because I was ready to make a $100 impulse purchase! The only other thing I didn't like about the express pickup situation was that the window they use for this service faces directly into the lobby/waiting room... So there is no privacy from other patients. They hear your name and the medicine you're getting, how much you're paying etc. if they're within earshot which can make some people uncomfortable. It appears that if you have a "walk-in" order they would take you into the back where there are more counters and there is more privacy where you would have more time to make a selection. As for the medicine I received I would give it a 9/10! Surprisingly I am very satisfied with the price and quality of their Tier 3 flower. These are the smaller buds/nugs sometimes known as minis or popcorn. The Triangle Kush I picked up today came in at a pretty decent % of THC for a $32 1/8... Most other MMTC with minis or popcorn come in at much lower percentages and are not this good of quality in my personal opinion. I need to get back soon to try some of the Tier 1 & 2 bud! Definitely give Muv a try if you're looking for a MMTC with a variety of product! I'm planning my next trip back very soon. read more

Well, Ernie and I were very impressed with the professionalism this place displays. But, don't waste your time coming here, until you have seen a prescribing doctor for you to come here. No one really understands pain, until you feel it for the rest of your life. I have a skin disorder(autoimmune)disease and no cure. My pain level is very high on a daily basis for the rest of my life, until and if they find a cure. Ernie has pain from multiple old and new injuries. We believe this might be our answer. So, to follow protocol, we must visit a doctor first. Show our records and go from there. I would much rather have something natural and from the Earth, than a man made chemical that has dangerous side effects. I am a minimalist as far as RX meds. I only take a multi-vitamin on a daily and that is it. On real bad days, I take one ibuprofen 200mg, maybe two on a real bad day. I pray once we visit the Doctor, MUV might be able to help us find something to help ease the pain a little. We thanked the gentleman and left with good info. We will be back soon. I used to love this place, customer service was great, sales etc..I started to notice it getting harder to get my concentrates, my favorite. After I went there for a couple months they never have any of the stuff I used to buy and it sucks. It's been so bad these past months that I gave up on them. I loved MuV at first but they greatly disappointed me. I have however found a new dispensary that I absolutely love, and they deliver far like 100 miles. Visited MUV for a Dermal patch for my lower back. Total chaos. The back where products are purchased was Coronavirus heaven for catching the virus. The place was packed with no one wearing masks and protecting themselves or patients. While three of the counters had plastic barriers, staff allowed patients to lean around the plastic barriers. One older patient coughed directly into the face of a female staff person. If you value your health stay away from here. A guy who said he was in charge said "so what". We notified the State Health Department which regulates this dispensary. Hopefully, they will do an inspection. This dispensary should be closed for health reasons. read more

I wasn't going to write a review because this is a place i was very satisfied with until today my birthday was 10 days ago today and If it wasn't mentioned i probably wouldn't have minded but making a purchase with a little discount is always appreciated . I've been back and forth with chat reps saying all different things.. then finally got tired and called and the rep John was amazing he obviously knew what the Situation was and it was this location that had mentioned the discount that said they were not going to accommodate which is a little funny. So be it , regardless of the discount I'm also a 3rd time visit so i would've gotten way more off but the principle of it was just quite unprofessional and disappointing. Luckily once i use that I will no longer be going there.. you guys really need to be more understanding or if not that, on the same page with all employees to avoid this with any other patients experience in the future. I have previously dealt with Kyle and if I had a business I would hire him probably as a manager to train my customer service representatives because he exhibits everything that a customer service representative should have. The only other medical dispensary in Jax of the dozen others I've tried out which I've thrown thousands on to only get a severe cough from and zero , zippo nada from other than if I drank a six pack of heiniken was Trulieve Blue Dream hands down way over priced yet u will get a euphoric head from as I don't dance yet this herb had me dancing at 120 per quarter ounce . Tried going the legal way after spending thousands went back to my old ways . Hopefully eventually depending on the Governor will go recreational like Colorado or the west coast states . This dispensary surpasses all of the other places in Florida. I have been to TL, Curaleaf, Harvest. The quality of the product that is at MUV is by far the best from all the location. The website is always very accurate which makes it extremly convenient. Also you have the option to look, smell ect of all the products before you purchase which is somthing that no other dispensary has offered. The location on Hendricks is very clean and inviting. I have had a few had encounters with employees but for the most part everyone is very helpful and friendly. They offer new patient discounts and also offer a long distance discount for anyone that travels to their location of 10% everytime which is great. read more

I used to love this dispensery. But Verano owns it now and its not the same. And the flower and products contain too much mold. You won't see it but your lungs will know especially if you're allergic. Ilbeing a cancer patient its important to have my meds. I replaced my dr Rx for medical Marijuana. Last night after smoking their product i became very sick and couldn't breath. I had to use my epi pen and abreathing device i use espcially for when i have had exposure to mold.. i almost ended up in the er. Just because u can't see the mold doesn't mean it isn't there. Be aware. And when i called to speak with someone, no ones avail anywhere. Its like trying to contact Facebook. And when i finally heard from someone they had no answers and had someone else call hours later who said i can exchange it!. What? But I don't trust your product now.. you could have freakin killed me. They absolutely can't do a refund isn't in their policy, against the rules. Which honestly i was just as concerned it had made me sick as wanting my money back. Its the principle. This place is 23 min from my house not around the corner i had to drive there and back twice because i returned the product. Because when I mentioned I was serious and was wondering if an attorney should be involved if it was something they couldn't understand and fix.. how many people will get sick? The refunded me. Have now been to Muv on two occasions due to my primary dispensary having a chronic lack of product. The pricing is more or less comparable, depending on your needs. They are market competitive. Plus, they have LOTS of stock. Since I only purchase one or two items specifically, they assure me they have plenty of stock for whatever my needs required. That's the key word that caused me to switch to Muv: Product in stock. I know this is still a fledgling industry in the state and that the dispensaries have many logistical and legal hurdles to overcome to simply stay in business. It is my humble opinion that the state only allowed medial marijuana to distract people from the opiate crisis. Marijuana had no medicinal value (and still to this day does not), according to the feds. Unless it does. How convenient. Remember this is so-called medical marijuana, so if you're an old-timer you may find the strength of the product lacking due to state regulations. Many users have contacts from before it was legal. Keep them, this is not a replacement by any means. Think of it as somewhere to obtain product (at an exorbitant price) when no one else can provide. Just to get you by. read more
