Always so slow. You can be the only one in there and it still takes forever to pickup express orders.

I placed an online pickup order yesterday and arrived after work, checking in for express pickup. While waiting, another customer informed staff that she had been given someone else's order. When I was rung up, the manager came over and confirmed that my order had been mistakenly given to another customer earlier in the day, and that purchase maxed out my daily limit. Although the other customer was refunded and able to repurchase her order, my correctly placed online order, which did not exceed my limit was denied because I now have to wait a full day for my limit to reset. This was extremely frustrating, having to wait a day for an order you placed and they wrongfully gave away under my account. There are supposed to be verification steps in place, such as checking medical cards, to ensure orders go to the correct person. Those steps clearly failed here. I understand accidents happen, but this is a serious oversight especially knowing customers cannot immediately get their limit back once it's used. Very disappointing experience, and I hope more care and verification are taken in the future so this doesn't happen to others. read more

Every visit is an awful visit. Even the call center girls are rude af and don't give af. Horrible product and service. The only good thing is their prices which makes sense bc their quality is garbage. Just look at all the horrible reviews. The people I met in there all hated it as well. What a joke. Placed an ONLINE order at 6:40 on a Sunday afternoon. They close at 8. Walked into the store at 7:15. Asked if they would get to me today. Assured me they would. The workers lack of knowledge and effort with the product was very apparent. Waited for an hr. At 8 o'clock the worker told me he could no longer serve due to regulations. I expressed my thoughts. Absolutely no apology or condolences. Wish the workers cared about their job here because the product is decent. Every other dispensers I am out in less than 10. After my 3rd-ever dispensary visit to this Trulieve location, I will not go anywhere else again, besides here. My 2nd visit was to the Yulee Trulieve, and it was also wonderful. But Skyler at the Beaches location is who really secured my loyalty to this company. He was so helpful and friendly that I immediately felt taken care of and like my needs would be met with the products he was curating especially for me. And, after using the products he suggested, I finally achieved the relief I've been seeking (that I hadn't found by visiting other dispensaries), which was a great feeling. Learning about the medical marijuana field can feel overwhelming when you're getting started, but the Trulieve fam will replace that feeling with easy-to-understand education, personal consultation, and tailored recommendations. Every person I've ever interacted with in a Trulieve store seems like they're having the best day ever, and they pass that positivity and warmth on to their customers, creating a pressure-free, inviting atmosphere. Summer was super kind and helpful. But due to a policy change, I think I will go elsewhere. I served, gave them my DD214 to copy for their records when I first went because of the veteran's discount. I do not have a military ID because I was released from service due to a medical issue. Too low a % to get disability, so no ID. Went in yesterday and they are telling me no more discount because I do not have an ID, even though they have my 214 in their records. So, they expect vets to bring in the 214 every time we go in. This form is precious and to get it replaced if lost or damaged it takes a TON of paperwork. Just not willing to do this. Wish Harvest never sold out to them. I miss their products and good sense. Their online inventory doesn't reflect their actual store inventory. They are opening new locations left and right but can't properly run the ones that are already open. All locations are great, however the customer service at Trulieve Jax Beach is truly above and beyond. I personally suffer from chronic migraine which requires me to have my products/medicine delivered a majority of the time. When a new store location opened it caused an issue with me being able to schedule/receive delivery orders (still an issue). However, Joey (the delivery manager) and India have gone out of their way several times to accommodate. Something needs to be done at this Trulieve, i have been at every single Trulieve store in jacksonville and it's my preferred dispensary but this store at the beach they are so slow i never wait longer than 10 minutes in any other Trulieve and this one at the beach i never wait less than 30 minutes with less people in front of me than at other store, even the check in takes forever in other stores they just see your card ask the last 4 of your other and that's it in this one dude takes your card and start typing so many stuff the line just gets back up for no reason i don't know if they have a different system at this one and the employees always look like they don't wanna be here like i understand that happening once or twice but is every single time i come to this Trulieve at the beach i am actually starting to avoid coming to this store and i prefer to go to any other dispensary in jacksonville beach besides this Trulieve at the beach read more

I was a patron at this location around 7 pm yesterday evening. There was anew employee that was polite but seemed to be unfamiliar with the strains . The Caucasian female coordinator Wendy was very rude during this experience to her and I which was very uncomfortable. The employee that was working with me made a mistake that I did not notice but was polite to give a call and make me aware to return for her to correct. I felt the coordinator should have notice this besides being rude to the new employee. I felt as there may have been an issue or the coordinator was racist.
