I went here recently to resize a bracelet/anklet. The links on this piece are particularly thick…read moreand oddly shaped, I was told before that after adjustment the piece may not stay on in the same way (instead of laying flat it may tilt to the side due to adjustment). However, Jordan did an amazing job and managed to keep the piece staying on the body in the same orientation as before adjustment. The work was done VERY quickly and I cannot even tell the piece was adjusted at all (except the fact that the size now fits). A real 5 start experience. On another note, while I was waiting for my piece to be resized, I was able to look around the store and saw a large selection of fine jewelry and watches, this is a spot I will definitely keep at the top of my list should the need arise for a purchase of such items.
