One of the first questions they asked me was, do you have a contractor in mind to perform the remediation? I told them no, so they offered to put ProTech Construction in Arcadia on the Job, which I accepted and became one of the best decisions I made during that time frame. The first person they sent to our home was Ivan and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately forgot). They came to evaluate the damage and brought large dehumidifiers which they placed in areas with the heaviest water damage. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable and kept us in the loop during their damage evaluation. Upon completion of the damage Ray Lutynski took over and his task was to evaluate results of Ivan's damage evaluation and create an estimate of the cost to repair the damages and submit them to the AAA insurance adjuster for approval. Ray was a pleasure to work with he kept my wife and I informed throughout the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the remediation process and the insurance Adjusters requirements. Once Ray obtained the Adjusters' approval, the remediation task was turned over to Juan Lopez with Ray on hand to revise the approved estimates if required.
