I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. I never signed any paper work... Looking back I'm ok with what I paid because I had pity for Juan and the cheap labor workers he uses for his job. Juan and Inland Restoration came through in a big way for us once again. Juan came and gave us his assessment of the damage and what was needed to fix our water damage in our bathroom. His crew came in on the first day and opened up the area to dry and kept the bathroom functional for us with no mess. We discovered mold under the liner under our sink. We contacted a couple of mold remediation companies. We ended up selecting Inland Restoration after meeting with Juan. He was able to come out the next day when we originally contacted them for an estimate. He filled us in on the process, took kitchen measurements, and moisture measurements. After we OKed the quote they were out here and demoed all the moldy cupboards. They would have been back in a day or two with the rebuilt cabinets, but we had found another leak with the cupboards removed. Once that leak was all repaired by the HOA, Juan and his crew came out and reinstalled our rebuilt cabinets and redid the floor. He even fixed a stupid seam between the kitchen and dining area left by the floor installer! It looks better than ever! Juan came out and inspected the area, he then made some suggestions and later sent me a detailed typed estimate of the project (something I could not get from other contractors btw).
