These guys are total life savers! I live in Santa Fe and was delivering two friends to the airport to catch their flight home. Immediately as I pulled out of departures I got drifted into the wall like I knew would eventually happen with NM drivers. The physical damage was minor but it ruined the alignment and was underivable. A friendly Albuquerque cop saw me pulled off to look and led me to a safer lot to wait. (Bless you) Now I'm stuck baking in the abq sun until Chris showed up to save the day. Like the road warrior he is, he expertly latched my vehicle and saved the day. He brought me and my car all the way to Santa Fe and was professional. Not only that, from our talks, he seems to be a kind man who enjoys helping others. There's not enough of those these days and a trait everyone should want during a crisis. Chris got it done and I was home in time for dinner. BE VERY CAUTIOUS W/ THIS COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER, MARCOS RIBIERA!!! They will come to tow your vehicle and tell you that they have a dealership, junkyard, and mechanics that will fix your vehicle for a fraction of the price. DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE WE DID!!! We originally left an outstanding review for this company over 7 months ago as we were under the impression that they had done incredible work and made an ethical business transaction by the way it appeared on the outside.... UNTIL OUR CAR HAD BEEN SITTING FOR ALMOST A YEAR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE!!! And we found out that they hadn't fixed the car properly at all, including not aligning the fender, leaving sensor cords cut unattached, didn't fix the radiator structure, didn't replace a battery or radiator, left car doors not aligned where they'd close right, didn't match the paint, and many more negligent work including using screws in areas where it needed welding!!! THANK GOD NONE OF US GOT KILLED DRIVING THAT CAR BACK FROM ABQ FOR THE 2 ALMOST IT TOOK TO GET HOME!!! We finally realized that this owner & his employees had ripped us off! We should've known when nobody rarely got back to us in the first 3 months they had our vehicle. We trusted this guy & actually felt like we had developed a friendship w/ him all the while he was making excuses as to why our vehicle still wasn't ready. He was also throwing his workers under the bus. Then upon pickup, the battery was dead, and a few miles down the road to Firestone, we found out that the radiator was completely cracked. N & Y Towing had to come right back to pick up the vehicle, and had it for another month! We asked for invoices, and got excuses. Luckily, I made notes of the CASH sale price and the few rinky dinky things they tried to list on a piece of paper that was done. It still couldn't be driven because they sent us home with no windshield wiper reservoir. Marcos tried to tell us that his dealership couldn't find anywhere to order it. That ended up taking until January of 2025 where I decided to look it up myself. Walmart had it! Parts Geek had it! It was easily accessible. We took a chance & drove it into Santa Fe to have the head mechanic at Toyota install it, only for him to tell us that he couldn't due to the internal & outer structure of the vehicle being a complete mess. He took several photos to show the horrible situation. The Toyota mechanic initially thought that the frame was bent. So, I contacted Marcos to ask why his mechanic didn't tell us it was bent... because in April of 2024, his worker, Kevin, told us that they assessed the vehicle as not having a bent frame. We finally got it to an extremely credible frame mechanic shop who sent us over 20 photos of the dangerous work this guy did, putting our lives at stake. And get this: THE FRAME WASN'T BENT!!! I contacted Marcos the entire months of January and into February to show him all the photos & the neglectful work his employee did. He responded maybe once or twice on text & once on a phone call in which he told me that he had nothing to do with this guy... and it was going to be impossible to get any money back. Yet, ALL transactions were done through Marcos!!! This company has extremely expensive tow trucks. And we thought they were the real deal, as both a tow company & dealership. We are kicking ourselves in the butts for not checking them out first. And I know it may look like we're idiots, but trust me... Marcos made everything sound legit. Even so much as selling us a 2013 Denali in November of 2024 as a loaner for our tenants... as we were still waiting for him to get the part needed for our own vehicle. Only for them to take it to the MVD to register it and Marcos OR his Wife not owning the title to it!!! We are extremely intelligent people and all about GREAT VIBES... and as clear as day as it looks... we STILL got ripped off!!! Very disappointing. We thought he was a good guy. Broke down after a doctor's appointment the other day. I was tired and cranky and just wanted to get home. I wanted my car towed back home because I had to make a couple of decisions. Called AAA and Sergio responded in about ten minutes. He was polite and friendly, professional and quick, he treated my vehicle with care, and he treated me with respect during the ride to my destination. Great experience. read more

Used AAA membership and was assigned N&Y Towing during a snowstorm. Tow truck driver Luis called me prompt and indicated he was going to be coming but bad weather curtailed the call that night. Set up another time with AAA for the next morning. By 8:30 am Luis was calling my cell to ask if he could come earlier! He arrived on time and he was able to extract the vehicle from a snow bank. Luis then helped me maneuver the vehicle up my road to my house. He was super helpful, personable and came to my drive way to make sure everything was well. I am extremely happy with the service safety and a great smile. read more

We were traveling east on I-40 through Tijeras Canyon and got a blowout on drivers front tire. Traffic was terrible where we couldn't get over to the right side and had to stop at the inside divider wall at a curve. AAA sent a driver out to us and N &Y towing was the one who responded once the driver got there he was quick on getting us out of the situation and such a polite person. People need to slow down or move over when they see a broken down vehicle on the side of the road or highway. It is a scary situation and until you experience it you will understand. My car broke down 10- miles outside of Albuquerque on the 4th of July. I called AAA and they eventually connected me with N&Y Towing. AAA told me that I should leave my car overnight because all the towing companies were so busy. N&Y told me they'd get to me in an hour. Their driver Raul showed up in 45-minutes! He got my car loaded up and delivered in no time! Great service and great people! read more

Borrowed an old truck to move today and guess what?...the rear tire was rotted and blew. I call AAA and they gave me a 6 hour wait time. Now it's 90 degrees outside already, I am alone and my phone is on it's last 20% of power. I'm not happy. Less than an hour later here comes a NY Towing truck. He (I wish I had gotten his name) was friendly, his calm demeanor calmed me down too and in a just a few moments I was on my way. The spare tire had a big crack in it too...oh great! You know, the driver followed me down Paseo Del Norte just in case it blew as I was on my way to get new tires. That is service above and beyond. He was my angel. Thank you!! read more

I have been towed twice by this company and although no one wants to be towed they had an amazing flatbed which allowed my low clearance car to be positioned without damage. The driver was very skilled and worked swiftly to get us loaded. Great Job read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! This company was supposed to show up at a certain time and 6hrs later still never showed or called. We tried to give them another chance 2 days later. Again, they didn't show up when they said. I had to call and ask what was going on. The driver, Brian, stated he wasn't coming because he was having brake issues and decided to take another tow instead. He never called to let us know. This company took advantage of my grandson. I had AAA tow my car and I have a plus membership which entitles me to free towing, out of the kindness of my heart I gave a driver a $10 tip however he then charge my grandson $20 and did not give him a receipt when he was at home to receive the car. Driver barely knew how to work the bed to get the car off then proceeded to leave the car in the middle of the street and left. Said he couldnt get it into my shops parking lot so he dropped in the street without a car if it got hit by another vehicle. This is unacceptable and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. read more

I would not recommend this company. The driver was rude and notified AAA that he couldn't tow my van because because there wasn't a key. What really happened was I said to the driver give me 60 seconds to find the key--this was after waiting an inordinate amount of time for the tow truck to show up. I showed the key to the driver in less than 30 seconds, but he drove off anyway. AAA spend the rest of the day trying to get a tow company who would tow the vehicle without the key since the driver had it put into the notes for AAA. After many hours on the phone I finally convinced AAA that there was a key and there always was a key and that the driver lied and I finally got towed the next day. The company that towed me was a different company and they were pleasant. I would suggest never using N& Y. read more

I had been waiting for a tow truck for my Harley and after a couple hours through my AAA service. The technician informed me he was coming from Moriarty and would be at least 45 minutes. An hour went by and the technician was still not at my location so I gave him a call. (Mind you, he did not call me) He stated there was an accident on the freeway by 1-40 and 6th? Yet he was coming from Moriarty? He had to go south on 1-25. He finally arrived. Looked at the bike then came up with an excuse that his hydraulic's has gone out and had to take his vehicle in for service, although I saw the hydrolics move the bed of the truck? He said another tech would be right behind him in 15 to complete the call. Another hour went by and I called AAA to get an update on the dispatch. They lied straight to my face and decided not to take the call because they didn't feel comfortable, but yet told me someone was on their way! I am still waiting. what a way to do business. I was waiting over 4 hours just to have to start another request! The customer service as well as the communication is horrible! The tracking was still on on my request to AAA and I could see the truck moving around the city and they ignored my calls. Who leaves 2 women out there playing guessing games. That's just rude and unprofessional, not to mention cowardly! It was a brand new truck. My agent read me the tech's comments for refusing the call and I was just dumbfounded at his reasons! He just left me there waiting and wondering! Horrible!!! Who does that to people? I guess they do. He told me that Arturo would be on his way. I didn't get his name, I think Keith? Not sure. Called AAA and this was the company they sent. Horrible service. He drove off without towing my car. The address for Puerto del Sol golf course is 1800 Girard Blvd. SE. Apparently the GPS takes you to the maintenance buildings a block away. So he sat down there where there were no cars because he is too dumb to use his common sense instead of GPS. When I walked down there a block away, he said, why did you not call me. According to AAA he is supposed to call or text me. Anyway, when I said why did you not drive up to where the cars are, he got angry and drove away leaving me stranded. This man is too stupid to be a tow truck driver, which is a very low bar. While on a road trip back in Sept 2020 our Tahoe lost its brakes and had to be towed. AAA contacted NY towing to tow us to a dealership. The tow driver caused damages to my Tahoe while placing it on the slide back. I spoke to Rick while at the dealership who stated upon my return home (to CA) they would have the repairs done. Rick has refused to answer my calls and texts to date or send me payment for the repairs. Do not recommend!!! read more
