Staff turnover is very high due to low pay, unrealistic expectations, and firing staff for reasons no other company would fire someone over. Administration doesn't care about the staff at all and cares more about firing employees over being a few minutes late or violating dress code. If you want to gain experience as a teacher or para, I'd work somewhere else...you might end getting fired over BS, or just be miserable the whole time.

If the owner gave a $&@& he would have given the kids an opportunity to get driving instruction once Covid restrictions lifted a month or two later. So it was basically instruct your own kids.
