Previous owners of this house pressure washed stuff to death. They caused delamination of the entryway door and side panels I discovered this company at the Expo and asked if they were able to fix the damage. Bill and Cindy Walker, the owners, were very easy to work with and restored the entryway with a much more durable finish in Urethane. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our kitchen was very dark with clunky doors and drawers. Now it is bright and beautiful with all slow close doors and drawers. It actually feels bigger. Bill, Cindy, Dustin all great to work with. The process is clean and efficient just as they promised. I am retracting my lousy review. When the new owner of N'Hance saw my bad review he IMMEDIATELY contacted me and asked to see if he could make good on what the old owners had ignored and refused to fix. True to his word, within one months time, he had picked up the cabinets and has them looking beautiful. I'm going to wait six months to make sure this new process lasts. I'm so disappointed in my experience with this company. I was excited to get a quote and work with them, but today the owner (wife) called to say that she had interviews scheduled and wouldn't be coming to do the quote. She told me that scheduling for the job was two months out beyond what her husband told me last week and I was concerned about that and let her know that the owner (husband) told me he could get it done in the next 4 to 6 weeks. Laurie let me know that she wasn't interested in coming out to give me a quote because it wasn't worth her time since I wanted the job done sooner. I explained several times that I understood the time frame and she refused to come out and told me that they didn't want my business. I can't remember the last time I've been treated like that by a small local company. read more

Wow, I am SO impressed with N-Hance! We recently moved to Jacksonville after having rented our home for the last eight years. Needless to say, all the cabinetry in the house was in dire need of major TLC. I was initially disappointed that the work could not be done prior to moving in as I expected a lot of disruption, dust, toxic fumes, and moving stuff out and in of cupboards and drawers all over again. To my great delight, none of this occurred! We only had to clear the counters. There was no dust, no noise (save quiet blow dryers), and no disruption to our routine. The work for a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room was done in three days. All rooms and cupboards were completely serviceable the entire time. The guys were friendly, professional, accommodating, and enjoyable to be around. Our cabinets look amazing and should stay this way for years to come. I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. Barry was especially attentive to some more troublesome spots and did a fantastic close-out. I'd give six stars if I could! read more

Highly recommend N-Hance. Our kitchen cabinets are 11 years old and they've seen a lot of use. I have an office in my home and we homeschooled three kids so this place has been going non-stop 24 hours a day. For that reason, our kitchen cabinets especially near the sink where there is a lot of water were looking pretty dingy. I had tried a number of DIY remedies that I found at the hardware store and online, and they would look fine for a little while until the stuff wore off or evaporated. But then we were always back to square one. Then we had N-Hance out. The owners are exceedingly nice people who seem very easy to get along with. Then they sent their worker out and he was also very courteous and pleasant. Very professional: he went right to it, working quickly but carefully (spreading out a tarp to protect our floor, masking off the areas not to be treated, etc). And our cabinets look great. Like new. We thought that there would be a strong odor but it really wasn't bad and disappeared that evening. As a result we would highly recommend the folks at n-hance to anyone wanting to restore their wood cabinets or floors or what-have-you. read more

We had oak cabinets painted white by Nhance to brighten up our kitchen. All the people we dealt with were very nice and extremely professional. We chose Nhance even though much more expensive over a painter due to fumes and the supposedly different process -not too sure about that. The cabinets look great but started chipping after a couple months. Some touch ups are noticeable. Would not recommend the color change to anyone with children or who may be hard on their kitchen cabinets. The finish is not like a white cabinet you would buy in a store. Sent letter to Nhance regarding this and never even received an acknowledgement. Wonderful at the beginning of the project-not so much afterward. read more

Our experience was horrible. Hired N-Hance Medford, Oregon to change cabinet color in 2 bathrooms. Although their website says "dust free" process our fire alarm was set off (fire trucks came to home)due to the enormous amount of dust. We had to clean every inch of our house from a layer of dust. Our carpet outside the hallway bathroom they sprayed required steam cleaning. Upon calling the owners their best response was "we are sorry but overspray can happen". If the dust we were left with is "overspray" then they should include in their contract the verbiage which indicates " our overspray is massive enough to set off fire alarms, change your carpet color and require you to spend hours dusting your home from our process". I think if the owners would have been more empathetic to our situation we could have dealt with this horrible experience and loss of $2000 a bit better. I would think twice before ever using N-Hance Medford, Oregon. read more
