We talked about my concerns about our tile, which is extensive in our home. Then we went to the master-bath and discussed the glass door and glass enclosure wall, of the shower. It was covered by hard water and soap build up. Another area was the tile pan in the same bathroom. The color had turned darker and it was difficult to get it cleaned, like it once looked when it was new. I definitely feel we were given a very good price for the work that was done. Jim and Kim worked on their knees for hours, cleaning our tile and scrubbing the grout. Jim spent a good amount of time on our shower. The results were amazing. Our tile color looked like it was brand new! The grout color was perfect again. The bathroom glass door and enclosure, looked like it was just installed.....so cleaning and bright! I could see the shower pan looking through the bottom of the glass door. But wait!!!!! After all the beauty of our glass shower coming alive with a clean sparkling effect, the shower pan was absolutely perfect! The grout color and tile was exactly the same color as when it was installed 16 years ago. I really can't thank Jim & Kim enough for the beautiful job they did for our home. I would start off by saying I had three pieces of furniture refinished by Kennedy's Refinishing…read moreback in 2011 and he did an outstanding job. (Pictures of those pieces added to this review.) So this is to follow up on that with a final piece of furniture he did just last week. All four pieces of furniture belonged to my grandmother and I'm sure are older than me (I'm 64) which of course would make them antiques. I went to my first Everett Home Show in 2011 and that's where I saw the Kennedy's Refinishing booth. It was talking to him at that time and seeing pictures of what he'd already done that inspired me to bring the first three pieces to him. As I said he did an outstanding job! But this review is for the final piece. This last piece was broken into several pieces. Sadly there was one small piece I couldn't find which is why it took me 9 years to bring it to him. Once I found that last piece I immediately took pictures and emailed him for not only an estimation and quote but even if this little table was salvageable. He replied yes it was and how long it would take to restore and the cost estimate, which I readily agreed to. He originally said two weeks but he actually got it restored in just one week! And you can see from the pictures, he did an amazing job!! I cannot thank Mr. Kennedy enough for restoring these priceless family treasures to their original pristine condition! Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.
