I'm finally getting around to writing this review about a month and a half after the work was completed, and I just got off the phone with Jose a few minutes ago. We thought a shut off valve had been covered by the flooring, but it turned out the installer had done skilled craftmanship to cover the valve while still leaving easy access to it. As a result, a a GIANT off-colored stain was left behind. Unique Interiors accepted total responsibility and tried several times on their own to clean it. However, after numerous unsuccessful attempts Unique Interiors bunted to their insurance company to handle it. The driveway deemed unrepairable clearly needs replacement. The insurance company is unwilling to process approval. After several months of frustration and time, I called the manager of Unique Interiors and he basically has nothing to help rectify the issue. I am left with a GIANT stain in my driveway. We are continuing the battle but I would think twice before using this company. MAJOR LIABILITY ISSUES/RISKS HERE!!!
