I can't say enough positive things about NT Auto Body. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. It's a truly wonderful and efficient family-run business that genuinely cares about its customers. After a minor fender bender just before the holidays, they were able to fit me in right before Christmas and immediately started working on my car. In less than two weeks, holidays included, my car was ready and looked absolutely flawless! To give some context, last year I had a hydroplaning accident and the shop that repaired my car then took nearly three months to finish a very similar job, pushing used parts and mismatched replacements. This most recent experience was the complete opposite. NT Auto Body was professional, courteous, and kept me updated with realistic timelines every step of the way, which I really appreciated. If that weren't enough, when I picked up my car and as I was driving it home, the check engine light came on--something that hadn't happened before I dropped it off. My insurance company recommended I take it back to NT Auto Body, and they promptly fit me in again. They discovered an issue with the coolant temperature sensor and, without hesitation, inspected the parts, topped off the coolant (which was low), and did it all free of charge--even though it wasn't related to my accident. The customer service here is next-level. One of the owners, Seth I believe, even buffed out a small scratch on my front bumper that I noticed after pick-up. I felt guilty even mentioning it because they'd been so nice and accommodating up to that point, but he insisted that it was no trouble and had it fixed in less than a minute, all with a friendly attitude. If you want to have a full paint job on an older car and want the best in the area, come here! Took a 2005 car with significant paint fading and small dents throughout the car here as I want to keep the car for the long term. It's one of my vehicles I have and wanted it restored to factory new condition. Yes, you can shop around and take your chance at saving money for a so so paint job. Or you can realize you get what you pay for, and if you are going to spend thousands, might as well get the job done right. You can see the pics attached and realize it's 2022 and the car is 17+ years old. I was extremely satisfied with the quality, communication, and time needed to paint the entire car. One big item was communication. For something so simple, so many services these days are pretty terrible at timely responses. I actually got no response from a couple of others. Definitely come here if you want a job done correct. I can't comment on how they deal with accidents and insurance. I was involved in a hit and run accident with a truck and NT Auto body was recommended not only by my neighbor but also by my insurance. I took my car there and from start to finish everyone was amazing. The woman at the front desk as friendly and answered all my questions / walked through what I needed to do and what was handled by insurance. The gentleman who did my quote walked through everything and gave an estimate and ordered my parts. I was incredibly lucky and only had to wait two days before my parts came in. Horrible service. 1. They said on the phone they will take my car for repair the day I bring it in. That was not the case. They said they will need to take pictures and I need to come back again for a second appointment when the parts arrive. 2. The person who stepped out to take the photos and do the estimate was very rude and lacked basic customer service manners. He did not greet good morning, did not shake a hand to welcome a new customer. 3. When I informed that employee that I was told on the phone that my car would be taken the same way, he said this is not happening. I asked him to take it because my wife was with me taking time off work due to their misleading information, he became even ruder. I urged him to take pictures as soon as possible, so we can get over this as soon as possible. Then he told me in a very rude manner that they are denying business to me. 4. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the manager and they did not let me speak to one. Finally, I chose this company although it had only 4* rating over another body shop in Springfield which had 4.8 * only because they promised to take my car when I bring it for repair and that I would have to take only one trip to them. Not only that was not the case, but the stuff is very rude and not knowledgeable. They definitely don't deserve even 1* and I would never want to do business with them. I had to have my passenger mirror replaced because a column in a parking garage got in my way :) Prior to coming NT I went to a different body shop, which ended up being so unreliable and unprofessional (some background: after 3+ weeks of waiting for them to order the mirror, taking three days off from work to take my vehicle in, I finally gave up and contacted NT). To summarize the experience at NT Auto Body - it was awesome from A to Z. I went in last Friday (3/25) for an estimate on the mirror replacement. Before I could get home, they already sent an estimate to my inbox and asked me to call them back if I was interested in proceeding. They contacted my insurance, called me to pay the deductible and then called me again to tell me the mirror arrived and to schedule an appointment. Let me remind you - the other place was hassling me for over three weeks, while these guys did EVERYTHING in 7 days. My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear-ended and needed a new bumper. NT Auto Body was one of the shops that partnered with my insurance company for collision repair. I initially chose NT Auto Body since it was the only body shop that was willing to inspect my car immediately (all the other body shops were booked for weeks just to do a simple inspection of my vehicle!) and boy, am I thankful I went with them. My vehicle was seen mere minutes after I had arrived to their garage and was personally inspected by the owner of the shop, Mike, whose family had owned the business since the 1970s. Mike gave me an immediate quote and ordered the replacement bumper, which came in a few weeks later. I arranged an appointment to install the new bumper, and dropped my vehicle off as soon as the shop opened a few days later and it was ready in less than three hours after drop off! Once I returned to pick up my vehicle, they had, get this: *washed and detailed my vehicle -- both inside and out*. WOW!!!! My car felt as brand new as when I drove it out of the Jeep dealership. Rosenthal Chevrolet directed me to NT Auto Body to repair a damaged side mirror. When I first arrived, a representative collected information and promptly produced an estimate. The part had to be ordered and I left a deposit with the order. NT Auto Body contacted me in a few days to advise that the part was in and I made an appointment for the repair. They did it in about 45 minutes while I waited. It was a small job as compared to much of their other work goes, but it was done very professionally and promptly. read more

I bought a brand new car in early May, and within three weeks had my first ever accident when I scraped the car against a pole. Luckily, NT Auto Body was able to evaluate the damage and get quote to send to my insurance company less than an hour after the accident on a Friday afternoon. I got the okay from insurance to drop my car off with NT Auto Body the following Monday. They estimated they'd be able to complete the work within two weeks before I left town, which was a huge relief. They did even better than I expected, and had the work done and my car ready for pickup in three days, which included replacing the entire passenger side back door of the car. They washed the car too and took care of all the insurance details. All I had to do was file the claim online and pay the deductible when I picked up my car and they worked it out from there. I cannot recommend NT Auto Body enough. My insurance company sent me an estimate saying that the work would take 11 days. I contacted another local shop who said that they recommended planning on at least 3 weeks, in case they uncovered additional damage and needed to talk to my insurance. I was resigned to a painful stretch without my car. NT Auto Body had immediate availability. They called hours after I dropped it off to let me know that they had found some additional work and already gotten it approved by my insurance company. They ultimately finished my work in less than three days. When they called to let me know it was ready, I was genuinely in shock. When I picked my car up, it looked like new! They had even touched up an unrelated spot on my bumper. NT Auto Body returns your car clean inside and out; not only was it washed, they moved my possessions to the trunk so they could vacuum the back seat. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. When I pulled into the lot (both for drop off and pick up), I was immediately greeted by team members ready to help. Since I had emailed my estimate, my file was already set up, paperwork completed, just waiting for my signature. I received text messages with status updates and regular calls.
