Koons Toyota of Arlington recommended Champion Body Works to complete some work on a vehicle I purchased from them that had body damage. I sent pictures and called at least three times. Each time I was told someone would call me back. Additionally, I was told the pictures were sufficient to provide an estimate. However, no estimate was ever provided. Also sent final email to the shop and Koons Toyota asking for a response before writing my review...with no response. Basically, just ignored my request. Would have been more appropriate just to say they didn't want to honor the discounted price they would provide to Koons. So, I guess Koons Toyota of Arlington is equally responsible. read more

I am very glad that I decided to go with Allstate's recommendation! Good customer service is rare and great customer service is almost extinct, but not at Champion. Charles was both courteous and professional. He guided me through the entire repair process and ensured that I had a smooth experience. Let me tell you i was in DC parked while work and i got hit and run not that much damage was made to my car the hood was lifted and my headlight was dented in... I called my insurance company and wanted to get it taken care of my insurance made me go all over places to get an estimate but luckily i came across champion body shop and well let me tell you as soon as i got there i was a bit skeptical about the place but as soon as i stepped in i honestly felt at home warm environment as well friendly... They took care of the insurance part and made it easy for me to get reimbursed. They were very professional, nice, and thorough. The owner Paul was very helpful. JD at the front desk was attentive. I'm always very leery of mechanics and car repair persons in general, but Champion Body works is legit. I cut off a deer that ended up doing damage to the whole right side of my car (I couldn't open my front passenger door) and went with Champion Body Works based on the one glowing review. The General Manager Mr. Park is an honest, polite guy and gives great customer service. They made it easy squeezy for me to get and drop off a rental (I didn't make a prior appt and they let me leave it at Body Works), and updated me regularly. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever and was cleaned outside and in. Damage was completely fixed and gone! Mr. Park called me the day before it was ready and gave me an accurate estimate of when it would be ready, erring on the earlier side. Very very nice customer service. But the body shop doesn't do a good job. When picking up our car there was a part, that was clearly broken, hanging loosely off the car. In addition the seams at the repair sited did not line up correctly. These repairs prompted our first return trip. A few weeks later, the molding began falling off the car. This prompted our second return trip. I imagine this isn't going to be our last trip out there. read more
