Don't be deceived by the dingy looking storefront- this is one of my favorite places to get ice cream in Seneca! Bring the kiddos, the workers are amazing with children. The prices are a little steep, but it's worth it to watch them make the ice cream of your choice with the liquid nitrogen. Fairly new nitrogen-making-ice-cream location. I had been to one in Virginia last year and it was cool. Long lines are notorious for this ice cream making model since it's so personal but we didn't have to wait to place our order. In exciting news, they offer an almond milk base option instead of cream. Since I either have to take several lactaids or avoid ice cream all together, I was excited to try it (that was a first!) - I was a little hesitant it would taste bad but the guy told me it would be more sorbet-ish versus creamy. Fine by me! Once all was said and done, I found it to be quite delicious. My kids' ice creams were good too. A previous review had mentioned long lines (I was nervous about this because the Virginia location was 40 minute wait just to order!) but like I said, we didn't wait this at this location and I had asked ... they had doubled the number of blenders in the past few weeks. My only "complaint" is that *my* ice cream took quite a bit longer to make than my children's and hub's. I don't think it was anything more complicated but the girl making my ice cream said she was "a perfectionist" - a nice sentiment in theory but I wasn't interested in perfection. I just wanted to be eating my ice cream while everyone else in my family was. Staff was very nice. If it's slow, I would only suggest it's because people are really enjoying their ice cream making process. In terms of this new model - *that* is the issue. If you want fast ice cream, this won't be for you unless you go at the right time and have the right person moving fast. If you want to see something cool, it's definitely worth going at least once. Oh - and I got smalls for my kids and the hubs and I ordered mediums but I saw no difference in size so either save your $ or hopefully they fix that somehow. read more

The ice cream here may be good, but I would have no way of knowing. Decided to make my first trip with my family this evening and waited over 30 minutes without even ordering, as they make each person's ice cream one at a time. The employees were yelling at people in the store for not responding the first time they called their order, despite the restaurant being loud. The employees seemed very unhappy and irritated with their jobs and the amount of people in the store. Perhaps they were just having an off night but I am not sure if I will return after my experience. read more
