The manager ovi podina of servicemaster restore was not concerned with the effort and effectiveness of our efforts to prevent mold. Which we believe we did an effective effort to protect our house from molding. Mr podina said our fans were not doing anything and our dehumidifier was not needed. Wow I guess insurance company subcontractors like this want to be the only solution. I was very disappointed in the company. We do have a claim but servicemaster will not be our contractor.

They came out same day to assess damage. Although it's not what I wanted to see or hear, they were rock stars throughout the cleanup process. Chris, Mikey, Johnny, and Alejandro were amazing, along with the other crew. Chris was always on top of communication with me and setting expectations. They helped move stuff out of the impacted rooms, got all of the wet stuff out, set up fans, and engaged with me daily. These guys work seven days a week, and I've never seen such hard work and dedication before. They really are saving lives and putting them back together. The work was top notch and I was happy to be back in my place after a few days. They were funny, personable, understanding, and great to work with; even when I was going through one of the hardest things I've ever experienced in my life. I am so impressed with them that I'm at a loss for words. Just thank you. I appreciate everything you did.

So if you're looking for a specific washer or dryer be ready to wait. I appreciate that most of the washer have a card reader, as well as the big dryers. I don't carry cash often so it is handy to have that feature. It has a cute little sitting area in the back with a tv and vending machine. There are three black leather couches and some chairs. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. It's very well kept!

There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.
