Each Washing Machine starts at $8.00 each and some hold up to 4 smaller laundry~basket loads. We used the 4 loads washing machine and used two of them because we had A LOT of laundry to wash. Each Dryer is Free on Tuesday through Thursday and some are bigger than others but the biggest dryer can hold up to 4 loads or more of laundry depending upon what it is. They have one public bathroom which the staff attendant needs to let you in. They also have 2 vending machines ~ one is sodas and the other is treats and laundry detergent etc. . . They have a machine to get change for the laundry machines, and in the office they have other laundry items to purchase. The attendant that was there the evening we were there, is an adorable & kind lady who was always asking if we needed help which was really nice of her. If you would like to see what the washing center looks like please take a look at the attached pictures. Yes the laundry mat has air conditioners. Put the soaked blanket in the front load washer, popped in the change and the cycle started. Still lots of soap in the blanket so didn't add detergent. Cycle is almost don... 20 minutes is quick. The dryer is $1 for 25 minutes... so probably 50 minutes to dry... $2 . The facility it dated but has all the necessities, sodas for a $1!!! , soaps and stuff, change machine and a restroom. Somehow she could tell I was a Laundromat novice. Maybe the awkward way I was inspecting the washers.... She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I will visit a business based on my needs, but when one offers an experience that make you feel they really care about you, I'll find reasons to come back.
