I had an other carpet company try to get the stain out and they said they would try but could not get the stain out. I thought the stain was pet urine and maybe some oil tracked in. I even went to the carpet provider to see if the warrantee would help with replacing the carpet. I was fortunate to talk with Diane Dickeson at ProSource and she helped me narrow down my options. She recommended Larry Glispy at A Fresh Look. He's amazing! He and Colton came out and immediately said that they could get the stain out. They were expert in seeing that the stain was probably caused by some asphalt that was tracked in when the city did a resurfacing project on my street. I couldn't keep track of the magic solutions that they used but the stain is GONE!!!! My carpet looks great! I will be a life long customer of A Fresh Look carpets and highly recommend them! Each Washing Machine starts at $8.00 each and some hold up to 4 smaller laundry~basket loads. We used the 4 loads washing machine and used two of them because we had A LOT of laundry to wash. Each Dryer is Free on Tuesday through Thursday and some are bigger than others but the biggest dryer can hold up to 4 loads or more of laundry depending upon what it is. They have one public bathroom which the staff attendant needs to let you in. They also have 2 vending machines ~ one is sodas and the other is treats and laundry detergent etc. . . They have a machine to get change for the laundry machines, and in the office they have other laundry items to purchase. The attendant that was there the evening we were there, is an adorable & kind lady who was always asking if we needed help which was really nice of her. If you would like to see what the washing center looks like please take a look at the attached pictures. Yes the laundry mat has air conditioners. Seating looks like the chairs used at the old airport.

Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

They are punctual, pleasant, and hard-working . . . unlike so many fly-by-night cleaning "companies" out there! For today's service, we used a Living Social voucher that included three hours of cleaning. She thoroughly scrubbed the kitchen and two baths, dusted, and cleaned all the wood and tile floors; although she didn't make it to another room we wanted serviced, and didn't get around to the vacuuming, the work seemed quite reasonable for three hours' time. I think our magic number will be four. Unlike the regular cleanings, move-out cleanings are scheduled by the hour, $35 for two people or $18-$20 for one. When we moved last fall, we were both working full time and I was just pregnant enough that most smells, including cleaning solutions, made me vomity. We Clean Homes was a godsend. She stayed for over six hours and cleaned everything from the oven to the baseboards to the blades on the ceiling fan. Our landlord loved us. We are really looking forward to bi-weekly, four-hour service going forward (with two full time jobs, furry pets, and a baby on the way, it's a luxury that feels like a necessity!).
