I walked in mid-morning on a Saturday for a mani/pedi. I was seated immediately. The young lady who did my services was very friendly, and she did a terrific job. She was very thorough yet gentle and my nails look great. My feet feel wonderful. The salon is very roomy and everything was very clean. The price was quite reasonable for the area and quality of service. They were getting busy as I left, and they mentioned that they take appointments. So if you're looking to go on a Saturday afternoon, you may want to call ahead. read more

My last pedicure before this one was May 20, 2020 at a salon in Tyler, Texas (Allure). I always get a deluxe pedicure. I have been to this salon a few times before so when things started opening I called to book. I booked for 6/15/2020 as a birthday treat for a fill and a pedicure. I love that it's appt only as this guarantees focus and detail. The lighting isn't that great but it never stopped a decent pedicure before. My nail tech was more focused on the travel channel and it's "spooky" tales, watching tv more than attending to my toes. I didn't make a fuss cause how can you tell someone "hey can you actually focus on your job" and expect a positive outcome? After noticing this was the result I came back a few days later to complain in which I was told the same tech would have to "redo" the service or I'd have to pay again per policy. Why would I want the same inexperienced tech to try again or to pay again. This is unacceptable but I walked away to never be back again, the $40 wasn't worth the headache after that "offer". The apology was so insincere. So beware. read more

I am new to the area and decided to try out NY nails. I didn't have an appointment but as soon as I sat down I was told to pick out my color and went straight to the chair. My nail tech Sno was awesome. It has been at least a month since my last salon visit so my nails were pretty rough to start. He removed the acrylic from one lifting nail and was able to build it back up without using a false tip. I prefer not to use them since I like my nails very short. My nails are very nicely shaped and they came out better than I was expecting. I look forward to returning soon for another fill. read more

Hands down, the best manicure and pedicure I have ever received! I got Annie as my salon technician and she was fabulous! She was talkative, friendly, and very professional. I will be here time and time again! The prices are great, too! For a basic french manicure, and the deluxe pedicure, I only paid $60 and that was including the tip!! read more

I had what I thought were gel nails from another salon, very thick. Instead of removing them as I planned at first, they filed the nail down and buffed until it looked like my real nail. Highly impressed. I prefer the younger women to do my nails. Well shaped every time. read more

Went for a Mani/Pedi today with my daughter....In the past have been happy with the result. Today, not so much. My daughter was happy with her manicurist, but mine....not at all. He was a nice enough guy, but I was expecting to see blood when I looked down at my feet. I'm not a complainer, but I had to bear down when he was giving me a pedicure. My manicure was so sloppy I had to go home and remove the polish he had put on. I would've had him fix it, but I had been there for two hours and didn't want to sit there for additional time. I have to agree with the other review when she was talking about kids running around. Not only was it not a relaxing time with the kids fighting in the background but you also have to sit there and listen to them talk in a different language wondering if they're talking about you. My daughter and I swung by here for mani/pedis this morning. The store was not busy at all, but did have three people waiting. I signed both of us in and after waiting for thirty minutes and never being acknowledged by any of the employees, we left and took our business elsewhere where it would be appreciated. So here I sit 10 minutes down the road and not even total 15 minutes later, in a business with more customers/same staff level, acknowledged and seated with pedicures in progress. Sad to say, but I will not try this place again. read more

Awful service. Paid $45 to have acrylic nails applied, and 3 days later nails turned brown, caused inflammation on nail beds, and bleeding. We were forced to have them taken off 2-3 weeks early due to the pain they caused, and had to pay for the removal service. We did not go in asking for a refund for the nails, but expected to not be charged for them fixing their own work. If you value your nails, take your business elsewhere. read more

Inconsistent work. Sometimes a decent job, but lately they are getting worse. Started bringing my own polish because theirs is old. Most recent visit, sat in chair for 45 min with not one word on when I would get my nails done. All they needed to do was tell me there was a wait. I eventually ran out of time and had to leave. I have been to big city salons and small towns, ranging from $12-$50 just for a pedicure. I went here because it was open and had one good review so I thought, why not? If you want a cheap, less than stellar experience: go here. The woman didn't even try to make small talk with me, didn't offer me any kind of deluxe extra for my pedi ( I didn't know any existed ), was going to only apply one coat of nail polish which had clearly been diluted with acetone (very thin and runny), asked me if it was ok and I instructed her to put a second coat on (she obliged, no problem). When it came time for me to let my toes dry under the light in the designated area, I felt rushed to pay and no one even said good-bye to me when I left. Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time there again. Even though it was decently inexpensive it was well under par in comparison to other cheap nail salons of which I have been to. read more

I been here once and will never go again, I felt like I was getting my nails done in the center of a play pen! The people who own it let their little kids run a muck everywhere inside. The lady doing my nails kept having to stop in order to tend to her toddler, and as if this wasn't annoying enough the entire time I was there the employees were joking around about how they were recently on the news being talked down about since they weren't watching when a customer stole another customers purse, like what?! Not to mention the wait time is ridiculous! They had me sit in the pedi chair for an hour, without any water to soak my feet, before they even started. read more

Got my nails done (acrylic and toes) a week ago and they were already lack luster to begin with but I was going on vacation and strapped for time so I decided to just keep them. Not even a week later I HAD to get them removed. My fingers became inflamed near my nails, some of my nails started bleeding, and just hurt in general. So I came into the store explained what was happening and one of the ladies told me to put my name down and what I needed once she had inspected my nails. Once it was time to leave they wanted to charge me an extra $10 to remove nails that should have lasted 2-3 weeks. I'm not new to getting my nails done so I'm more than positive it was not anything on my end that caused this. And they just kept saying "idk I didn't see your nails so Idk" but obviously one of your workers did when I came into your establishment! If you want nails that look good for the entire duration that they are supposed to last especially if you are paying $45 I advise you go elsewhere read more

I've never actually had any problems with the services they provide, but I won't be going back after my most recent visit. It was quite busy when I got there so I knew there would be a wait. They got me into a pedicure chair pretty quickly and then forgot about me until someone was available letting the water get quite cold. The pedicure went as expected after my almost hour wait, and then I was ready to have my eyebrows done and leave. Once again they sat me under the dryer and forgot about me. When I finally asked someone about getting my eyebrows done yet again, the only person who could do eyebrows had left for lunch. Then when I expressed my dissatisfaction as being forgotten about another employee turned it around on me and playing I had no reason to be upset because "everyone needs lunch sometime." I get that in a busy nail salon things happen and people dropped the ball, but the real reason I won't be returning it's because something very similar happened when I went last month. Except this time I didn't even get an apology. Lynn does good work with eyebrows but it's not worth all the hassle trying to get her to actually do them. And if you can't handle upset customers properly then maybe you shouldn't work in customer service! read more

I was in FL for vacation and found this gem! The place is great!! Its in strip mall but has more of a spa feel! Fantastic service, fair prices plus they have wine/soda for your enjoyment while getting your nails done. It doesn't get any better than this! read more
