    Great store!! Extremely good prices. Very nice owner. Bought washing machine hose for alot less than Lowes or Home Depot.

    Once we got the scheduling done, the entire process went smoothly. The oven repair was for a…read morebuilt-in Whirlpool model that I had already removed in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue. This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

He set up a replacement fridge at their store to make sure that it was working and cooling before it was delivered to me, that way I wouldn't be stuck in the same situation. He also saw that I had lost a lot of food due to not having a working fridge and offered to send me a check to replace my food. I really did not expect a reimbursement and that means a lot to me that he would do that. I'm excited to have a working fridge again! ]]] I have been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of items purchased at this location. I have also talked to friends and family who were disappointed with their service. I had a new fridge delivered on Friday that still has not begun cooling 3 days later. I called Saturday after it had been running 24 hours and was told to turn the freezer down all the way (the installer had it on the medium coolness while the fridge was on the coldest setting) and wait 24 hours then call back. They should have just sent someone out here to check it out that day since they knew they were closed on Sundays and that it had already been over 24 hours with no cooling at all. I called back today (after all the food I had put in a 3-day cooler had been ruined) and they said they'd pass it on to the installer who would get back to be within 1-2 hours (which I doubt since he was supposed to show up 1-5 PM on Friday and didn't show up until close to 6 PM). I get the feeling like this issue will still not be solved today. It seems like their customer service plan is to ignore their customer's problems and hope that they go away. I will be telling everyone I know that they should not do any business with this company.
