You also get to experience a part of history visiting here as Bula is St.Petes original and first Kava bar! There is no place like this gem. It's a great place to hang out for the day and truly do whatever. They have a cozy outdoor patio, bar area, indoor cafe, and they recently added an addition in the back with a covered patio area with a fire pit and outdoor couches. They even have a cool game room area that you can hang out in to get some peace and quiet if you're working on a hot Florida day.
