My mother has been a patient there for years and deserved better treatment from a medical assistant. She is rude and very condescending on the phone and in person. My mother is wheelchair bound and we were like 10 minutes late to her appointment because it was hard to get her there. Dawn had the worse attitude the whole visit because we were late. There are more stories but I will leave it there. I can't believe she still has a job because I know she is probably mean to everyone.

Dr. Marshall is incredibly knowledgeable, and does everything she can to provide answers to medical issues or questions in a very timely manner. The staff at this location has always been wonderful, and treat our family like friends rather than patients. I am always in awe of this physicians office and all of its staff. They operate like a well oiled machine! Never late for appointment times, responsive on every contact method. We love Dr. Marshall, and all of the nurses and staff at this office. When I had my twins, I was drowning in post partum and did not realize that I was. At the first appointment when released from the NICU, Dr. Marshall checked over my boys, and immediately turned her attention to me... even though it wasn't my appointment. She sat with me and spoke to me like a human being, and talked me through a few things. I am forever grateful for that. She takes the time to know her patients, and knows when something is off. You get at least…read more30-45 mins at each appt. he really thinks outside the typical medical industry box to actually help you. I spent years suffering from anxiety. The attacks got worse. Other Drs would put me on more and more anxiety/ antidepressants. Dr. Neilsen went the extra mile to look at my hormones and thyroid function and found I had an under active thyroid. He took the time to fine tune and tweak the dose that was right for me. Guess what?... No more anxiety. All went away. He is incredibly knowledgable. He can be very opinionated and even come across harsh in his opinions but he is very passionate about what he does. I would highly recommend him.

I had a upper and lower G.I. done and specialist told me he seen damage done with the upper G.I. From my acid reflux. Make sure to take Nexium regularly. Dr.Hackl won't do my refills unless I make a appointment. She doesn't care about patients she just wants money. I had blood work done at her office and she billed me even when my insurance payed for it. Her office is so incompetent. I seen her google things after I gave her systems. That's scary she is a doctors using google to find out what's wrong with you. I don't recommend this practice to anyone stay away.
