Allison was my sales person and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my entire process. She showed me all my options clearly explaining everything to me. During the purchase she got me a discount on the delivery fee as I live close to DTLA. Originally I purchased a coffee table and end table but was able to cancel the tables with no issues. My delivery window was 10am-3 pm and I'm happy to say they arrived at 12pm. The delivery guys were very nice and pleasant. Bought a dining room set 8 years ago and now the chairs are peeling and tearing up already! The crazy part is, NO ONE SITS IN THE CHAIRS! For the most part, the furniture is pretty sturdy and nice. There's a plethora of items to choose from. Just make sure you inspect the pieces you want. A desk was delivered and the drawer was jammed and doesn't open completely. It was the last one so I was basically screwed. That somewhat takes the fun out of having a desk. The delivery drivers are helpful as well but understand some pieces come with assembly and some do not. Do with this info what you may. read more

I have been doing business with Naders in Gardena for years. Prices remain competitive, but the quality has declined. It could be due to after math of Covid, but service was horrible There was only one person in the store.She did not acknowledge me, but in her defense, she was working with another customer, so perhaps she did not notice me. As I was leaving, Mr. Nader (don't remember his first name) came down the stairs and acknowledged me. He was in over his head since he wasn't the salesperson. He wasn't familiar with the merchandise (stove). I had to point out to him that one of the features that I was looking for was present on one of the stoves. He tried to use the "you better buy it now. It's on sale. When you come back, the price may be higher. " tactic. When I asked him about installing the stove, he told me they didn't do that due to exorbitant insurance prices. I understand this, particularly in this financial climate. It was more advantageous and cost-effective for me to deal with a store with a bigger selection. Bought a complete furniture set with a new "Comfort Bedding mattress" on 9-23-2024. Delivery went fine on 10-3-2024. Within a couple of weeks my firm mattress started sinking. I contacted Nader's on 11-5-2024 and put in a claim under the warranty. As of January 3, 2025 Nader's still had not rectified the issue. They had me take pictures of the mattress on two different occasions to prove the sinkage. I spoke to several representatives regarding an update and they kept stating they had not gotten any responses from the manufacturer. Well, I contacted the Comfort Bedding manufacturer myself on January 3,2025 to get an update. Spoke with the head person Fernando who informed me that there was no claim with pictures ever filed by Nader's in their system. He put me on hold and obviously contacted Nader's to get information regarding the mattress. Once he returned on the phone he stated he would have a resolution to the issue by day end. Immediately my phone rang and it was Nader's telling me a new mattress would be delivered to me the next day on January 4, 2025 between 2pm-6pm. The representative from Nader's rudely stated to me that I had not given them enough time to solve the situation. I have been a long time valued customer at Nader's making many large purchases and paying for them "in full" at the time of purchase. I was surprised and extremely disappointed at the service I received because this could have been rectified immediately. The gentleman (I misplaced his card) who helped us was patient, helpful and courteous. The quality of the futon appears to be great so far. I've been coming to Naders over 16 years. The store is well taken care of and they have a nice selection of furniture. The price there is excellent. I like them so much I referred my sister and she came there and bought a bedroom set, bunk bed couch, and four mattress. Jessica provided her excellent customer service and Amy was also very nice and kind and helpful. I decided to refurnish my house. The couch I previously bought from them lasted 16 years. The quality at Nader's is excellent. I purchased an adjustable bed a couch and a recliner. I paid to have it delivered and I also added warranty. The first time I came in there I bought the bed then I came back after receiving such excellent service from Allison, I decided to come back and purchase some more. We discussed a recliner and couch previously so I came back to get it. Allison made me feel so comfortable and she was very knowledgeable. Jessica treated my sister so well I just had to come back and tell her thank you. Mel was very honest and helpful too. However my experience when I came back to Nader's to purchase the couch and the recliner one of the sales associates Javier and Efrin tried to take Allison's sell, also Herbert made sexual advances and gave me his number and told me I wouldn't regret it, and his breath smelled like alcohol. I was talked out of the couch that I came there to purchase. I Was told the couch has a lot of issues. It wasn't good quality and the material is not good they've had a lot of problems with it and I should choose another one. I followed their recommendation. The couch is very uncomfortable the recliner part doesn't stay up. The delivery didn't go so well gentleman treated me awful. They were complaining about how long it was taking and they had two more deliveries and they would charge me $20 for slowing them down. They talked about me like I was a piece of trash they were making very disrespectful comments and sexist comments they were speaking in Spanish but my family's from Honduras so I understood every word they said. They brought a spider in my house it was on the mattress and before they put the mattress on the frame the spider fell off and I haven't been able to find it. The spider is the size of a quarter and they said they didn't bring it in it's my house My house is the problem. I still believe in Naders and I believe they can rectify the issue. I purchased furniture from Nader's at the end of 2022. Living room set, 3 bedroom sets, and dining room set. As you can see, I spent a significant amount of money. Therefore, I very upset when the new sofa I purchased from Nader's broke so easily without having to apply much pressure. My daughter literally placed her arm on the left side of the couch, and we heard something snap. How is Olivia going to claim to be a "Manager", tell an upset customer who never had her "$90 delivery" delivered and is right that they need to calm down before she (Olivia) gets rude. I have no bed. They repeated that we had to have everything clear and removed before they arrived in order for Nader's to deliver and assemble the bedroom set in the room. How is a customer supposed to be when they have no bed to sleep on and is told there is nothing they can do and we would have to wait until the next day because they decide to throw the blame on another employee for not checking off a box but they had no problem charging me $90 and then enforcing that if we were not home between 3 to 7 that we would have to pay again. First off, if you are going to claim that you are a "manager" and suddenly back down when asked to manage the poor customer service and delivery service that was not done and then say that I need to call back the next day to talk to a sales rep (who is below a manager", in hopes of getting some type of discount but she (Olivia) can't promise anything and yet she (Olivia) is a "manager" that is the only one who can sign off on a discount. Smh! I don't even understand why my husband returns here. Last year we were sold a "brand new" torn couch and the person they sent waited until after the 90 days to have availability to come over to check out the tear on the "brand new couch" we purchased. The seamstress then says it's past the 90 days and she can't fix the tear in the couch. When you call customer service they make it hard to reach them. But yet they are so quick to make a sale. Olivia first says she is the manager of the service department. She couldn't decide which department that she wanted to be a manager for. I told her the service department is on contact with the delivery department so where is my bed. My questions now are.....do we get refunded a delivery charge for wasting our time after being given a stern notice to be there or be charged again? Do we get discounted for having to sleep on the floor since we have no bed now? Where are the repercussions to the error made by Naders? Customer Service is HORRIBLE! No empathy at all. About a few months ago we purchased a sectional and about a month later the inseam came apart. I called because it was under warranty. Sure enough they sent someone to come and sew it, after another month the inseam came apart again. I called and my call was being ignored after numerous calls and texts. I finally had the opportunity go in about a month ago, after speaking to the person in charge they explained they were waiting on the fabric to cover that section and reinforce the inseam because otherwise it would keep happening all the time. It was expressed that they could've informed us over the phone or simply by replying to numerous texts. Two weeks was the ETA given then and yet again they ghost our texts and calls. I purchased a bedroom set from them a few years ago and the bed broke about 6 months after. I will admit I don't pay much for the set so I chucked it up to you get what you pay for. Years later I purchased another set and thinking I learned my lesson from the first purchase I bought a more expensive set thinking it would be a better quality. My bed broke a total of THREE times. The first time it broke they said they had to order the parts, weeks went by and I heard nothing. Myself and my boyfriend had to go up there and then they agreed to have someone come out to "fix" it. Might I add I was about 5 to 6 months pregnant having to sleep on my couch after I just purchased a brand new bedroom set. Time goes by and it broke again in the same spot, so my uncle came and fixed it. Third time it broke in a different spot and we just threw it out. We ordered a metal frame from Amazon and so far so good. Whatever type of "wood" they're using is extremely cheap. I can assure any reader that there is absolutely no reason why my bed should have ever broke. Not to mention the couch that we also purchased now has a spring popping out of one of the cushions and the legs that it sits on broke and scratched up my wood floors. We have only had this furniture for about a year. A friend of mine also purchased a bedroom set from here and her bed broke in less than a year as well. The delivery service was the worst I ever experienced and charged me $169 to deliver one king size mattress and was never giving a time frame not to mention I called twice to find out about what time. The sales clerk Raymond verified that I was going to be giving a 30 min delivery notice. Finally at 4:30pm the delivery driver called and stated he was 10-15 min away, I told him I was 25 minutes away or sooner . He said he had to get going and after I explained he didn't offer to wait . Bought a 300 dollar chair two weeks ago assembled it perfectly, and had my niece who weighs 80 pounds sit on it and the base broke not even the leg, the whole base!! Nader's Furniture Store has been in business for 66 years which speaks for itself. The store is still family ran by the Nader's. The owner and sales staff are always very friendly and a pleasure doing business with them. We just purchased a new bedroom set. The bed headboard and dresser mirror has white led lights on it. The lights illuminates the whole room. There are 3 brightness settings which is a really nice feature. My wife loves the new bedroom set! I received a call to reschedule my delivery time and the drivers attempted to deliver outside of the agreed upon time while I was not available. I called and the operator was very rude stating it's not going to be delivered during the agreed time frame asking for the voicemail which i sent but they failed to honor. The operator was rude unprofessional and I had to call multiple times 5 to be exact to let her know that i wanted to cancel the order as she was screening my calls.
