    First time shopping in a Living Spaces. This is my daughters go to store. It met her needs and she purchased a unique buffet table. One of a kind, the price was right. Plenty of sales persons to assist. They greeted us, and lets us do our thing. They do not deliver but make recommendations on local delivery companies.

    After searching the storeroom and finding furniture which appeared great, we purchased several items online for full service delivery. We had to wait a couple months for it to arrive. The furniture arrived in shocking condition. It appeared as if this was a showroom display item or from someone's garage. We ordered new furniture at regular prices. The furniture delivered is clearly used. It's also very poor workmanship, which did not appear so in the showroom. We refused the order and have been trying to track down a full refund ever since. They first refunded only the furniture amount and not delivery fee, and in form of a store credit until I called two more times to get the full refund including delivery. I'm very disappointed in living spaces after going through the search process, the ordering, the waiting, the poor product received, and then multiple phone calls needed to get the refund. I will not shop there again :(

    Today at 8:30AM I got call from delivery service to come my Home for a delivery which I had to reschedule due I had a 10am Dr appointment. Again management fails to provide any assistance.

    So I contacted living spaces 7 days ago about replacing my throw pillow. They advised me that they will notify by Wednesday and today is Friday and guess what... nothing, not even email. My regret grows stronger every day, but I'm going to trust the process and continue to wait!

    Ordered a couch from this location and we really like the service was A+. Lots to choose from. Very nice setting prices were great really good value for the money 0% financing Samuel helped us and was A+ all the way would not hesitate to buy from the store again.

    Be sure to double check your order that is submitted correctly. We didn't get parts of our couch and had to initiate a return, which we would have wanted to do anyway since the couch was way too big for our living room. You have to pay for shipping and restocking fees. The delivery people told us to keep it in living room until we get it swapped but that was more expensive. We should have told them to take it so we don't pay the extra fees. Please note that even though it may look good in the store, it will likely look completely different in your living room since it is smaller. The open space of the store is misleading, which is not their fault obviously. Service was great - they were very patient with our indecisiveness. They gave us some drinks and snacks since we were there so long!

    Part I - Somehow part 2 of my review posted but part 1 didn't so here it is... I went to the Living Spaces website in search of un-upholstered dining chairs. I thought I'd found a good option so I went into the store to see the chairs in person. The pic is a side-by-side of the chairs, left as it appeared on the website and in-store and on the right, the chair that was delivered. Right after the delivery I phone customer service to discuss the chairs. I wanted to be sure I hadn't inadvertently ordered the wrong color/finish. I confirmed the chair only came in one finish... the one I'd ordered. The Rep logged my complaint and said that someone from the store would reach out to me within a day or two. I actually received a call that same evening. The rep asked me to email (to the main store email that all managers can access) him photos of the chairs I'd received so he could compare them to the ones in the store. I did that immediately but he called a short time later saying he hadn't received them because he and his manager were relatively new to the store and their access to that email account hadn't been setup yet so I sent the photos again to his direct store email address. The following day, I received a phone call from someone else at the store. She said a determination couldn't be made based on the photos and asked me to bring one of the chairs into the store for comparison. I left work that evening, loaded a chair into my SUV and drove 30 minutes to the store. I carried the chair into (with no offer of assistance from anyone) and walked it to the dining section to compare. As I stood there looking at the display chair and the chair I'd received, a staff member walked up and said, unsolicited, "They're different colors. No doubt about it." I asked him if it would be possible to take the chairs on display since they were what I was expecting and they could keep the one's I'd received and put them back on display... a win-win, right? NOT. He asked but a manager said a swap wouldn't be possible because display items aren't sold until the product is discontinued. The manager later seemed amenable to consider the swap so I took a good look at the display chairs but they had quite a few dents and dings so that option was off the table again. Recently, I had not been sleeping well and suspected my mattress might be the problem. I tried rotating it and got a few nights of temporary relief, but the discomfort quickly returned. My wife felt the same way and told me the mattress no longer felt supportive. Thanks to her habit of saving receipts, we discovered that our "luxurious" Stearns & Foster was actually 15 years old. It had served us well, but we had clearly kept it past the typical 10-year lifespan. After doing some preliminary research, I decided to visit Mattress Firm, a company I have trusted for years from my time in Northern California when they were still Sleep Train. I was pleasantly surprised to find a location close to home, so I headed over. What an amazing experience. The store associates Jackson and George were fantastic. Jackson was our main associate and he was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and completely focused on helping us find what we truly needed. There were no high pressure sales tactics and no pricing games. George offered helpful advice when asked, and his input made the experience even better. Seriously, could mattress shopping actually be fun? In this case, yes. We ended up choosing a Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base, something I never expected but am very excited about. I am already looking forward to finally sleeping comfortably again. Thank you to Jackson and George for making the process enjoyable and stress free. And thank you to Mattress Firm for hiring and training such outstanding people. Combined with competitive pricing, it is easy to see why you remain a trusted national brand. 5 stars.

Even made a complete 360 sale as I was about to finalize my first choice. Ended up with my 2nd choice which actually works better financially. The store was clean and fresh, he provided we with a liner to test the mattresses and d play with all rhe bells and whistles of the bases. The prices had a huge range and I found something that works for me.

We previously had a really bad experience at a Bobs in mid city where there were hidden charges and the delivery fee wasn't explained honestly. We decided to check out Jerome's, Byron was completely transparent. He broke down every charge, explained what we were paying for, and made sure my parents understood everything. We also got 0% interest for 12 months, which was a huge plus -- and most importantly, my parents left happy with their purchase. Byron listened to exactly what they wanted instead of trying to upsell them into something else. In their behalf, I want so say that I needed to have my couch replaced again . Jerome's had my sofa replaced within a couple weeks! Yay! I would like to think that my Yelp review is what made the difference but I'll take it as a win....hopefully they saw the need to change how they do business. Whatever, the quality is still very questionable but at least they're standing behind their product....
