We had a big delivery to Nicholson Canyon and although the big trucks could not make it up the narrow steep hill she quickly made arrangements to have an outside vendor with smaller trucks do the delivery. I am so grateful for her service. In addition Victoria, Sales Manager is very knowledgeable on their outdoor furniture. She made my purchase of cushions for the 4 club chairs we bought at the recent sale very easy. Their outdoor furniture is definitely the best quality and their wholesale price and sales price is definitely competitive. I recently had an unexpected and frustrating experience at Teak Warehouse that I think others should be aware of. While the furniture is undeniably beautiful, the customer service was surprisingly poor. I purchased five items during their anniversary sale, where everything was sold "as is." After dealing with an overcharge on my credit card, I was told I'd receive a call the next day to schedule delivery, which I paid $99 for. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices. read more

I went to teak warehouse in Hawthorne in search of teak side tables. The stackable tables were a good fit for my needs. I bought two large and one small. When I had an issue I needed addressed Walter took time out of their "BIG Sale" that was going on to address it and help me out. Casey, Dixie and Marilyn were always available with smiles and had great customer service. Cecilia helped me out, answering any questions and waiting patiently for my cash to arrive. The whole teak warehouse staff was hustling to get all their product on display, were friendly and very professional. But Russell- he's the man! Always there with a big smile and radiates joy! I bought the Coast sectional from Teak Warehouse years ago. The quality of this furniture is extraordinary. The wood quality and construction are top notch. We've moved a few times, and they've weathered winters and are still beautiful and rock solid. I recently needed to upgrade my cushions because I didn't cover them well enough last winter, and Chris was amazing. He could have charged me full retail, but had some older sets in the warehouse and spent more than an hour at the end of the work day digging through boxes in the warehouse and putting together a set cushions that would work for me for a great price. I've also purchased side tables and planters from them, and it's all the highest quality. It's great to know you are buying furniture that will last for decades with no disappointment. I have gotten outdoor furniture from Teak Warehouse in the past and loved it. Great quality and price. I am interested in updating a few pieces in my yard, so even though I live up in Santa Barbara, I made the drive to go back down to the Teak Warehouse. They have recently moved, so if you've shopped there in the past, make sure you check the new address in Hawthorne. It is close to the old warehouse, though, and the new place is AMAZING! Totally updated and the selection is still great and prices are MUCH better than what you would pay somewhere else for this kind of quality. The staff was also really knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered a couch and coffee table and am excited for them to arrive. They also have a clearance area with even better prices and furniture that you can take with you that day. Buyer Beware! Shocking what scammers the employees are. Rose comes off sweet and helpful then charged us for 2 additional chairs we didn't want. At first we thought it was an honest mistake and explained we were only buying 2 other chairs but she refused to reverse the charge (said she wasn't authorized) and her manager, Walter, was not available on Sunday and he would call me... which of course he never did. When I called him he refused to refund me for the chairs we did not want and hadn't taken possession of. Luckily we used our AmEx, and successfully disputed the charge. The nice inventory they have is not worth the stress and anguish they put us through. Please shop elsewhere. read more

What a great experience working with everyone at Teakwarehouse! They were professional and helped us choose the perfect furniture for our patio. After we figured out the style of furniture we wanted they quickly sent us multiple fabric options to choose from for the cushions. They provided us with a shipping date and everything ended up shipping out a week sooner than expected. The delivery service they used was also great, they called multiple times to coordinate the delivery, and it was white glove. They dropped everything where we wanted and took away all the packaging. No truth to anyones word here! I intended to buy an outdoor patio set and had gotten the price down to $999 and Rose briefly walked away. Cecelia came by and asked how much we were at and and said that was unacceptable and brought the price to $1,496. I told her that's not what we were at and she responded with trash talking Rose on how she doesn't know math. That in itself is very unprofessional. Rose returned and we finally set the price at $750 but Cecilia came back and started talking about the commission and told her to go away. Cecelia was very aggressive and just plain rude. read more
