My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. I had been living in Arizona for less than a year at the time and my parents were out of the country, I had trouble getting a hold of them. On my third day in custody a guard woke me up and Brenna met me in the cell area just hours after my parents hired her. Three weeks later I was rearrested for two more counts of stalking that were being investigated by Mesa PD, prior to my first arrest. I was improperly held non bondable for 7 days.
