About 2 weeks after our install we noticed a small leak on the system, we called and there office staff was sweet and walked me through to check the unit. They said they could have someone rush over same day in the evening or next day am. I explained the am was fine, they were here the next day and fixed it fast and even offered to walk me through with system management. I was pleased with the professionalism and speed with everyone from the sales rep, office staff and their technician.
