Total ripoff. The staff that came out was honest and friendly, but didn't bring the correct tools that was needed. Before they came out I explained the situation and even sent pictures. They should have been prepared. So when the guy left to get the correct tools he apologized and said I don't have to pay for the time he took. He came back after about 40 minutes, still couldn't fix it so I had him make a quick, but temporary fix. Total time he was at my house was less than an hour. The owner made the staff tell me I owed him for two hours. I scoffed at the notion. The staff was obviously embarrassed. Shame on the owner for putting his staff in such a situation. The final result was a threatening text from the owner, "We will be sending your remainder balance to your home address. You have 10 business days to pay the remaining balance otherwise it's 10% interest per week up to 30 days. After the 30 days it will be sent to collections if that is not paid, a lien be placed on your property. If you'd like to call to discuss this, I'd be happy to come to an agreeable balance. When he found the problem he took time to show me where it was at and explain to me what he was going to do. After the repair he tested the sink several times to insure that there were no more problems. If it were possible to give six stars, we would. Where to even begin? We were out of town when a main pipe burst under our home and flooded half of our house (literally half of our home was under a couple of inches of water and we had to move EVERYTHING out so that all flooring and closet systems could be removed and the bottom half of all walls torn out). We called Above All Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and amazingly, they came right out. On Monday morning, an astonishing number of guys showed up and got to work with impressive efficiency and skill. Because the pipe was under the house, the only solution was to cap off the old system and run an entirely new plumbing system into and throughout our home. They did the bulk of it in a few days, returning running water to our home by the end of the week. AMAZING. It's hard to describe the mess and stress that we endured for the next 3 months. But the one bright star in all of it was Above All. Not only did they arrive early, stay late, and problem solve some serious issues, but they did so with professionalism and humor. Justin, the owner, is always smiling and always has a "we can do that!" attitude (and they can!). The work has been exceptional and we could not be more grateful that we had these guys to walk us through a truly awful experience. Aside from being plumbing wizards, they have relationships with equally impressive companies to repair the drywall, paint, tile, etc. (Every time we'd muse that we needed to have something done, Justin would say, "Here's who you should call..."). During a recent storm, I had a section of pipe at the main water line crack, which set off a geyser. Had to shut off water to the house and search for a plumber. Since it was later in the evening, most places were closed and some "24/7" places couldn't come out until later in the week. Put it out there on Yelp and got an immediate response from Justin, the owner of Above All. (Tip: It helps to upload some pix when you post a project). In the chat, Justin proposed how his team could fix the issue, gave a flat rate, and stated he would have a tech onsite at 7am the next morning. Humberto C. showed up on time and got right to work. In an hour, the failed section of the water line was replaced with sturdier brass (homebuilder had used grey plastic or pvc that cracked), and a better angle to the pipes was rebuilt per Justin's proposal to prevent stress that caused the crack in the first place. If I could give less stars I would! Horrible experience, would not recommend!! They installed our tub, promised one year warranty on the job. Immediately started leaking (we had prior issues). They spent months stringing us along, told us we needed a new tub, (we bought new one) new drain (bought new drain) then said drain was missing parts so they took the drain to deal with that. They stopped responding all together, after months, finally we get a text that they are busy with commercial jobs (more $$) and we should just find someone else to do it. They never returned our drain and didn't have the decently to finish the job they started and promised warranty on. We paid in full for a job that was never delivered. read more

We just recently purchased an older home. 60 plus years of galvanized pipes needed to be updated. They started the job the following week and finished within five days. They work quick and efficient.
