I had my appointment and AFTER the appointment, they mentioned they don't take credit card. You can only pay cash... (would've been nice to know before I was seen.). We are in 2024 this business only accepts cash. Like ??????? Ok, fine. I was cranky that I wasn't told in advance but the lady in the front told me to call a number, and that I could pay my copay there with credit card. Well I call this number and they definitely don't take payments for west coast podiatry. :) after this, I was cranky. BUT, it's ok, I thought I would just show up during business hours and just pay cash. Well I show up 6/6/24, Thursday at 11:30 AM, and they are locked. No sign or anything that they are away (not to mention I drove 1 hour to be able to show up in person). So I call the office and get sent to the after hours line. A lady answered and told me they were away FOR LUNCH. Reminder, it's 11:30AM and their business hours are supposed to be 8AM-5PM with an hour 12-1pm for lunch). She told me to call back during business hours. Well here I am. I've called Atleast 3 times and no one answers. I get the message that the inbox is full and to try again later. What the actual fuck is wrong with this business?? Like I just want to pay my copay... why is it so hard to do so? So even though the medical advice can be good, I just don't recommend coming here simply by how difficult it is to get a simple task, such as paying a bill, done with them.
