It's located at the very top of C/Juan Carlos, across the road from the Aparthotel Puerto Carmen, and right beside a Farmacia and a bicycle shop. The caption on their menu sums up this fabulous restaurant......."not just a restaurant but a working laboratory of cookery, health, flavours, wisdom and pleasure, a new philosophy of dining out..." They pride themselves on sourcing natural and organic produce and cater for those with dietary food intolerances. It would be very easy to pass this place by, thinking it's too modern and expensive looking. It is totally classy and modern with a lovely ambiance. We had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious 3 course lunch today for the incredible price of €10.50....the choices were limited but so, so good, obviously freshly prepared with top quality produce...cream of tomato gazpacho soup or fresh carrot and coriander soup to start, mains either lamb meatballs in fresh tomato sauce served on a bed of rice, or homemade chicken burgers with a delicious salad and mango dressing, dessert was just banana with homemade yoghurt and ice cream, understated but truly delicious, and a cup of coffee was also included in the incredible price....of course to add to the atmosphere, we were able to eat outside in the lovely Lanzarote sunshine! By the way, the lunch menu is changed and different every day and is only offered at the special price if €10.50 from Monday to Thursday. I could not commend this restaurant highly enough and can't wait to return there, but maybe for dinner next time.
