This is the worst nail salon, I gave it a try because My nail lady was on vacay. 3 days they lifting and chipping, my 13 yr old said who did your nails they Look awful!!! A guy did mine and he is terrible
It's been many years since I've gotten my nails done. I did some research and decided to try this place out. Scheduling a 10:30 appointment, I came in around 10:25 and had to unfortunately wait until after 11 to be seen. Saturday mornings are a busy time. The wait was the only downfall especially since I had to be somewhere at 11:45. Other than that, my nail tech, Darlene, was such a sweetheart and did a great job with my dipped nails. I didn't want any tips- I just asked her to shape up my short crooked nails lol. She was clean and thorough and we had great conversation. I highly suggest Darlene. --unfortunately, I am allergic to the acrylic in the dipped nails. I ended up soaking off the nails the following day. :-(
I love coming here they do a great job! And Michelle does a fantastic job! The place is classy and I love the massage chairs!

Who is racist and can not take negative feedback from a paying customer. The manager made a scene in front of 2 other customers because I told her I did not like my nails and I do not want to continue services. This was after she said, " You people are just UGHHHH too much." I requested that she fix my nails. She stormed of saying, " This is some shit you see on TMZ" . I was so confused at the low level of customer service I was given from this establishment. The manager called the police on me and lied that I called her out of her name and was very aggressive and even stated they feared for "their life." She pulled out her camera on me and recorded and took pictures of me stating I better not cancel the pedicure off my card. This was very tacky and classless! This owner wanted fame so bad, stating they were going to post me on TikTok and other social media sites. Don't believe me? I have the video proof at the link below. Save your time and money. This was supposed to be a relaxation moment. However, I was everything but that! She was begging for reviews and to vote for her as the best nail salon in Sanford. she was nothing of this sort. From an unorganized desk ,dirty floors, and profanity out the wazoo I now understand why there wasn't anyone showing up for service. I don't live in Sanford and was there because my kids had a school event. I dropped them off and searched for a nail salon nearby. The gentleman who did my pedicure was sweet, but did a terrible job and I had to go to my regular salon the next day and pay for a new pedicure, my dip manicure was done by a technician that was very sweet. We had a great conversation but she didn't do a very good job. My nails are super thick at the base and on one of them she accidentally broke through the dip and used that pink powder that is used for acrylic nails as a quick fix but I can see it through the dip powder. The staff was great but unfortunately they did a terrible job with my pedicure and dip manicure. I can't recommend them for that reason.
Wife and I had are pedicures done 3 days ago the conversations with the techs were great but pedicures were lacking and we were overcharged we asked for the deluxe which was $45 each but some how we were charged $135 and left a $10 tip. My ingrown toe nail was never cut down and after walking out I realized that my nail polish was all around my lining of cuticle and thick Update: Called and the manager seem very unprofessional and gets upset that she even has to speak with anyone. She stated that gel is $20 extra but that wasn't explained to me and just automatically assume I knew that even speaking to the tech I said I just moved to Florida a week ago and with all the spas I have been too I have never paid more than $5 extra for gel so much for trying to support smaller city businesses

All regular nail polish was extremely thick in texture and each time she used a different regular polish same result (very thick texture). Cindy decided to upsell me to a gel manicure. I told her if I wanted a gel manicure I would have requested one. Cindy abruptly walk away and stated the owner would complete my regular manicure. I requested a refund and was told they do not issue refunds so I had to wait another 45 mins for another tech to complete a regular manicure. This was after using trying multiple nail polishes which were not thick.
Pleasantly surprised with this nail salon. I originally searched Yelp and decided on Lavish Nail Bar for my acrylic fill. The reviews were great, pictures even better, and the fact that they had an Instagram account was an added plus. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told all of the techs were booked and busy, not mad at them lol. I did not want to search too far for another salon and was running low on time. Two doors down, I spot Bellagio Nails and Spa. I was greeted once I walked in, directed to pick my nail color, and told that someone will be right with me as soon as I am ready. The salon seemed clean and was pleasing to the eye. The salon did not have an impressive nail color selection, but I was able to find what I was looking for. My nail tech, Cindy, was personable and kind. She took her time, gave me suggestions, and was patient with me as I worked through how to bring to life the nail vision in my mind. She listened to my wants and objections without once getting sassy, very sweet spirit. We've all been there to where we've left frustrated and defeated from not getting a service we wanted, how we wanted it. It could be something as small as the shape, but if we don't feel listened to, the experience leaves you feeling more stressed than before you arrived. I definitely left feeling relaxed and satisfied with my service. I might even cook tonight lol:) Sn: 4 stars only because she didn't ask about a pedi. I wanted to add one to my service but after instructing me to dry my nails, she stated she was moving on to do another's pedi. Not a big deal, but would've been nice if she would've asked, even if it wasn't herself who would be providing the service.
Full set acrylic was meticulously done by owner 'Johnny' however, upon check out I was charged $35 instead of $28 because I chose a different acrylic color. Even though I didn't have him put any nail polish color on and even though I didn't have a topcoat on because I was going to do myself at home. This would've been nice to know ahead of time instead of being surprised at a higher price at the end. Otherwise happy with the service. Pedicure was done by Khiem- they were understaffed and overbooked unfortunately. The pedicure was good. But I had to wait 25 minutes before getting my pedicure started after my acrylics were finished. Had my toddler with me so that wasn't too cool. They kept accepting people even though they were working with limited staff. And nobody likes to turn away money and clients, but unfortunately this is something they should have done since it was encroaching on peoples times and schedules. Still, I would return because of the excellent job Johnny did on my acrylics!
I WAS SCAMMED! I came in last minute for a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish on Saturday, which didn't even turn out well, and was charged $73 WITHOUT TIP for that service!!! They're website claims that full acrylic with gel polish should be $40! Where did the additional $33 come from?! I didn't realize until my card was charged! $73 for ugly nails... I strongly suggest you run in the opposite direction. ADDITION: This is the correct salon! I added the transactions info, yes it was this salon, yes it was $73.00 for a regular set of acrylics with gel and nothing else.
This nail salon is the best I have had in a very long time! Michelle is by far the best nail tech ever, she has the best techniques, products, and designs in town. I get dipped nails and I only need to get my nails done once a month at Bellagio instead of 2-3 times a month which is typical at any other nail salon because of the poor quality job they do. The prices are reasonable- remember you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay for quality nails! I'm treated with the upmost respect by the staff and I'm a firm believer in treat others as you would want to be treated! Thanks Bellagio you've won me as a forever customer!
Love this place! I've been coming here since early September and have had a great experience every time. Michelle is amazing, not only has she helped my nails grow but she comes up with amazing designs. Super talented and totally Update: AMAZING, once again by Michelle :)

I don't live in Sanford and was there because my kids had a school event. I dropped them off and searched for a nail salon nearby. The gentleman who did my pedicure was sweet, but did a terrible job and I had to go to my regular salon the next day and pay for a new pedicure, my dip manicure was done by a technician that was very sweet. We had a great conversation but she didn't do a very good job. Going to a nail salon during these times is tough. I mean everyone wants to be pampered but you also don't want to feel unsafe. Bellagio Nails made me feel absolutely safe. Everyone wore masks and they had restrictions on how many people were allowed in the shop at one. They were constantly wiping down highly touched displays and followed safety codes. My nail tech Sabrina was so sweet! Our conversation flowed so easily you would've thought we were friends forever! She took her time doing my nails and made sure that I was happy. She didn't make me feel rushed or even embarrassed if I didn't like a certain color. Sabrina also did my pedicure and she scrubbed my feet so well. I have baby soft feet now, NO LIE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my boyfriend off for a pedicure and picked him up 2 hours later with his nails unclipped and dirt under his nails.... are you kidding me?? He spent 70$ and tipped 20$ for absolutely NOTHING. He literally said he felt jipped. read more

What a remarkable last minute choice to have my nails done. I was actually in the office on the other side of this commercial establishment and my husband suggested to try Bellagio out for a mani and pedi. On a Monday in the middle of the day, I walk in and notice only a few people. Pretty normal on a Monday for any salon; I was greeted by Michelle who assisted me right away. She was very nice and cordial and she took her time with my manicure. Her work was very precise and clean. I haven't had a manicure this good in a very long time. The salon was pretty, I love the light fixtures and the chandeliers. I also enjoyed the set up with the pedicure room in the rear. I wish I would have known about this place before. I seriously need to come in for a visit for waxing and an eyelash hook up. Great place, nice staff, and I loved my gel manicure and pedicure. read more

The owner asks you to write a review- so here is mine. I was really excited thinking I had finally found a good place to get my nails done. After reading their reviews I kept seeing the name Michelle & saw a pic of some girls nails I wanted to do so I went in with the picture. Although she didn't do what I wanted, I figured I could live with them & also because in all honesty she was a good saleswoman. SHE DECIDED TO TAKE PICTURES OF THEM TO SELL THE SHAPE & COLOR TO HER ONLINE FOLLOWERS!!! I had been diagnosed with breast Cancer a week prior & I was VERY tired & wanted to leave already but i obliged and agreed to take them. Not a bad deal if you ask me. You pay, she does what she wants to sell- on your nails- at your expense. (I'm writing this portion because the owner (Michelle) replied to my original post saying basically that I should be lucky that people went to her with pictures of my nails to get them done (JUST WHAT SHE WANTED) Oh & also she mentioned my main complaint was money related lol plzzzz girl. (Back to the story) When I arrived 2 days later, she seemed quite agitated, it was comical actually. She suggested I wait two weeks to redo them, but after having paid $65 (tip included) Their is no way I am going to be unhappy with them for 2 weeks!! And that's something that anybody who knows anything about money will understand. I put my foot down & she copped a huge attitude telling me there was nothing wrong with the shape of my nails!! OH OK lol idk I paid for them & they didn't even come close to the picture I showed her!! So yea- THEIR WAS SOMETHING WRONG! I HAVE NOOOOO PROBLEM PAYING $$$ but you gonna do what I want- not what YOU want. Thats not how business works (my dear). She had her husband come over & finish fixing them; Which I may add is a sweet guy. He agreed with me that my nails were NOT the shape or color from the pic I showed her. My best friend referred me here and wow very nice very clean. I didn't get the nail techs name but she was very nice and patient with me. I went in with red gel polish wanted a pale pink color. She patiently looked for the exact color I wanted and I even changed my mind to dip color instead of gel. I was also a little nervous about the dip since I've seen a few of my girlfriends get it at different salons and they looked unflattering. Will definitely come back! read more

I was looking for a new nail salon, and a girl referred me here. I went in and was seen by the nail tech, Phong for a dip manicure. He was super friendly and even helped me pick out a color when I said I wanted to try white for the first time. He did a good job, and everyone was complimenting my nails. I came back today to get them completed again because one of my nails broke and was seen by a different nail tech (Phong wasn't there). Unfortunately, I'm not too satisfied with the job she did. Just a very messy job. The white from the previous job was left over underneath, some nails have bulgy sides from an excess of powder or nail polish top coat, paint left on the side of my nails, and I specially said I wanted coffin but not too thin at the tip and she made the first couple nails the most coffin I have ever gotten. Thankfully, I stopped her before she continued to do that on the rest of them. If you get your nails done, you know coffin is the most unforgiving shape if they mess up. I have long natural nails, and now I have to completely grow out another centimeter of nail to undo the sharp coffin or cut my nails shorter. Not too happy about that because it takes months for me to grow out my nails. :( I just had to stop her, and tell her to fix the shape and filing several times. When you go to a nail salon, you go to relax, not to be on constant look out to make sure your nails look even. Also, I personally dislike how they remove the previous color. Instead of using acetone, aluminum foil, cotton and a glove so you can move your hands, they fill a bowl with acetone and make you leave you alone with your hand in there for 20 minutes. Unable to move your hands and arms, and having the acetone all over your fingers instead of just the nails... not fun. Plus, just awkward staring around since there is no tv, you can't grab your phone, and they get up and leave you so you have no one to talk to. Just a personal opinion. All in all, I'd just try somewhere else if I were you. They have a great, huge salon, but they could clean it and organize it a little so it looks nicer and not so dirty. I also just feel there are better nail techs around the area. Although, Phong wasn't bad, and I have heard a Michelle is good there, too )but I've never had her, she's always booked). read more

I always get my nails done at home in Naples, FL. However, it is difficult for me to drive home so often due to me being in college. I found this place on yelp and decided to go. It is the best decision I have ever made. Michelle did my nails and she was AMAZING! I definitely will be coming back soon. I have had my nails done for 3 weeks and no gems have fallen off at all!!! Place was crammed and disorganized. The staff that I dealt with were rude, unpleasant and seemed to be in a rush. My request as to how I wanted my nails was not followed. Instead I got uneven, bulgy, thick nails that were not painted correctly. They couldn't even cleanup around my cuticles after they're were done. They forgot to paint one of my nails which I had to remind them of twice. Some second lady came and did my ombré finish while standing up because the one that did my nails needed to take a break. When I pointed out all the mistakes and how sloppy it was the lady seemed annoyed as if she was doing my nails for free. They were understaffed and overbooked yet, they kept accepting everyone that walked in. I left a tip because I don't like to be cheap but, they didn't deserve one. I would never go back to that place or recommend it to anyone I know. Maybe the other girls there are great but the two I got were rude and did a shitty job. read more

Thooo I showed her a picture of nails that I wanted which she told me they would be 75 when she said that price I said I don't know I don't want to spend that much so I found a different design when I showed her that one. She started doing my nails then at the end charge me the same price even though I obviously said I didn't want to pay that much so why didn't you tell me the second design was going to be just as expensive. Three they charged everybody in my party different prices for the same thing. They charged me $20 for my length and then charge somebody else in my party five dollars for length yet hers were longer than mine . Fourthly I asked somebody who worked there if they had the snake print transfer paper that I wanted on my set the lady I spoke to said yes and said that my technician actually did the same set yesterday and she said the snake pattern design would be five dollars and I even asked five dollars for every nail of snake design or five dollars total she said five dollars total then when I sit down and get my nails done they charge me five dollars each nail keep in mind each snake design doesn't even go all the way to the rim . Lastly The person in my party that wanted the most of the designs ended up getting done last but the owner had said that the nail technician can do her last and finish no problem as she was getting her nails done her technician is complaining that he needs to go home because he hasn't ate he's been at work for 12 hours and he has a newborn baby at that house and he usually gets off early but the owner did not mention any of this she gave him a late lawn job and made him stay there and do our nails knowing he needs to go home early yet she left and went and had dinner with a friend. And when I called her to tell her all these problems we have she told me that I'm not welcome to come back and that I should've asked what every little thing was priced even though I asked in the beginning what's each side gonna to cost it was just ridiculous and so unprofessional. read more

Visiting my sister in the area and was looking for a place to get a mani-pedi; obviously I turned to Yelp! I called ahead to let them know I was coming because I knew it would be near the end of the workday, but they said to come on in. From the moment I came in, it was a great experience. They welcomed me warmly and showed me to the pedicure area. There were a handful of other customers also there. They had a good color selection of both regular and gel polish. The stations and chairs were both clean and stylish - gave it a very modern feel. A husband and wife pair did my toes and fingers. They did a fantastic job - my mom thought I had gotten gel polish, but it was just the regular polish. Johnny was very meticulous at making sure my nails looked perfect! Michelle was very friendly and did a very great job as well. This is a fairly new business (4 months) but so professional and good at what they do! I got the classic manicure and classic pedicure, but it felt comparable to deluxe at many other salons! And a great deal, too! My experience definitely made me wish I lived in this area! What a great way to end my mini-vacation with a little relaxation. read more
