The first time I went I really enjoyed my self me and my daughter went we had fun they did a good job. BUT the 2nd time I went they had me waiting for 3-4 he before they got to me over scheduling and then they acted like they were mad at me for being upset then they did a shity job on them and did the same thing to my sister the day before. The original younger gal came over saying she had a no show ( probably left seeing the place closed still) so she started on my nail fill at same time. It took an hour, appreciated getting out of there an hour sooner. She did great job shaping my nails exactly how I wanted and was good not to burn me. I left pleased about my fingernails and toes. Got off to bad start but I'd go back given the positive outcome and that's why the 4 star, not for their lack of professionalism or cleanliness.
