Was excited to try a design but I didn't have another hour and a half to spend, considering I had waited for two hours. I left with a completely different set of nails than the ones I went in for and they are uneven. And they still charged me full price. This last set is a soft yellow French tip on almond-shaped nails and I'm obsessed. The lines are super clean, the shape is flawless, and they look so elegant. Also some people mentioned cuticle issues and I went in with raw cuticles from my work. They were very sensitive to them and sets cause temporary discomfort. Kissi is very easy to communicate with, she is upbeat and fun to talk to and she does the most amazing gel manicure with unique and very creative artwork!
