I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going to this salon. My friend and I were there for over 2 hours and we were only getting mani/pedis with normal polish. At one point it seemed as if they forgot about my friend as she sat there for 30 mins before finally getting her nails done. It was one of the more expensive trips to a salon for just polish as it was 60$ for the mani/pedi. I could also see the different layers of polish on all my nails. *this place deserved ZERO stars, but Yelp! Wouldn't let me post my review unless I rated it. Nail art near Wal-Mart flaunts a 10 day guarantee for all nail jobs (manicures and pedicures). Shortly (2 days) after receiving my gel manicure, 4 of my nails began to chip. My gel polish normally stays up to 2 weeks before chipping in any way, so you can imagine my disappointment upon chipping after 2 days. I was able to remove all gel polish from my nails after chipping using my own nails (very unhealthy for your nails) within 6 days of the manicure. I am a busy working woman and didn't have time to check if this 10 day guarantee was true or not. The male worker who did my nails was rude and very unsociable. I was skeptical about how my nails would turn out before he even finished completing my nail job. He used a broken UV light that turned on and off repeatedly seconds into each lighting process and he kept saying that was okay. The polish chipped after 2 days so I'd say the light didn't do it's job. He was also very visibly angry when I asked to move from his station (the 2nd from the back along the wall) to sit next to my friend who I brought in to get her nails done. She had never been and I had never had issues there before. Now I completely regret bringing her there because both of us had the worst nail experience ever. This is Warsaw, Indiana. There are 20 other nail places in town I can get my nails done and all 20 of them are better than this nail facility. I will never return and that place will never get another dime of my money, second of my time, or any of my friends or family members. read more

WARNING: Owner upcharges at will! I have been going here for many years because most of their techs' skill levels are generally higher. I'm okay with paying a little bit more for good quality, although that has not always been the case, as I have had a few disappointing trips-- nothing to write yelp about. I understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day or two. My issue comes in with the (very easy to get along with) owner. Not once, but three times he has intentionally overcharged me. The first time was a $10 upcharge because the tech took longer to shape my nails like I was too picky. Nobody warned me; they just decided I needed to pay more. The next two times, there was no explanation. I suspect it was just because he got away with it the first time. The straw that broke the camel's back... On my last visit, I got a standard mani-pedi with gel and was charged $90. The owner whispered in my tech's ear while showing her a note he had written on a posty. He quickly retreated when he saw me coming towards them to check out. She looked traumatized as she had to ask me for that amount of money and even more shocked when I paid it and gave her a tip she deserved... Sometimes you have to play the fool, to fool the fool, who thinks they are fooling you. I just decided right then and there that would be my last visit. It's unfortunate because I would have been a customer for life. The funny thing is...I never had this issue with this solon until I got married and now wear a nice (well deserved from a hard-working blue color man) ring. I had the worst nail experience I have ever had. I went to get a full set with one design on my ring finger and I was in and out of the building within 20 minutes. The lady who did my nails rushed so fast, cut my finger twice, and did not clean up my cuticles at all. She shaved off one cuticle and left it hanging off my finger. She got nail polish all over my hand and I had to ask for my design to be fixed several times. The nails themselves are bumpy, curved, and not symmetrical with the others. I heard great things about this place and wanted to give it a try, but I will never be making an appointment there ever again. On top of all of that, I was then charged $70. That is the most I have ever paid for my nails and the shortest time I have ever had them done. read more

My shellac started chipping/peeling after four days. I would go back to have them redo it but I got them done right before I moved from the area. Everyone was nice in the salon however they moved VERY fast a little too fast for my liking (I like to enjoy my mani pedi's but I was in and out in like 20min). Overall Very disappointed that my shellac is peeling and it hasn't even been a week- I spent $30 to have it come off after a few days. Only reason it got more than 1 star is because the staff was very nice. read more

honestly not sure how i feel about my nails right now. they were sloppily done, they're NOT the shape i wanted, and she messed up the designs like 10 times. i was nice, and tipped $5... but she's lucky she even got that. don't get me wrong, everyone here was super friendly... but i think that's the ONLY reason i'm giving two starts was for the friendliness of the people. everything else was very poor, definitely not going back. read more

Worst manicure i ever got. My 4 friends and I went there for manis and they did absolutely terrible. My nails were short and he tried telling me he couldn't do a French tip on my nails but i convinced him that i didnt care. Not only were our manicures "unfinished" looking but they were also very rough on our nails and skin. My friends manicurist told her to quickly sign the receipt so "i can go home". I went here yesterday as a special treat and after three hours I walked away so upset I did. I feel like I was robbed $60. The lady who did my nails (a white woman with short multicolored hair) did worse than I would've done and I'm not good at nails at all. She cut me while doing my pedicure then fretted she couldn't stop the bleeding, then she poured nail polish remover carelessly on my cut. I wasn't as upset by the pedicure (despite it being see-through and having uneven edges) until she took me over to put gel on my nails and kicked my pinky toe on accident and ruined it. I told her and she let me know she'd fix it. Her idea of fixing it was globbing paint onto it and making it look even worse (still not even covering all the nail area she scratched off on accident). I wouldn't have written a negative review on that account though! The truly terrible part is my nails. There are two black hairs stuck in the gel and the nail art she did is the worst I've ever seen. Plus, she charged me an extra ten dollars for this nail art that shoulder made the entire manicure free! After several attempts that just seemed to get worse and worse I told her just leaving the nail without art would be fine. She insisted she would get it right. Asking her to fix her final attempt just made it worse too. I have no idea why this lady works here. She is by far the worst manicurist I've ever seen. read more

I went here on Friday (june 11th) and was recommended by a friend, when I arrived they were very friendly and I picked out my color and was in and out in 20 minutes !! I was VERY please with what my dip nails looked like and I liked my tech (Stephanie?) I tipped her well and was very excited to finally found a nail place that did a good job and was quick. Fast forward to Saturday night (24hrs later) I had two chip, and by Monday I had 4 that were chipped. So I called after work Monday and talked to a younger gentleman on the phone who said they would be happy to fix them. When I arrived another gal started to work on the broken ones until my original girl was free, she then fixed them and they don't look very good, but are at least fixed. She seemed very rude with me and then proceeded to charge me 10$ to fix them.... I've never had another company charge me 1/4 of what they originally cost to fix them because THEY didn't do the nails well enough to last.... I get if it was over a week later but 2 days ?? Ridiculous! Dip should last 2-3 weeks.......... Safe to say that I will not be returning, due to rude and poor customer service read more

Worst salon in town. Making a Yelp account just to write this. Went to get my dip powder nails removed and the man seemed confused on how to do it. He made soak my both of my ENTIRE HANDS in a bowl of acetone repeatedly before he scraped the polish off. He was rude and charged me $20 for the removal when it is $10 anywhere else (pretty sure he up-charged me the $20 for fun). Then he told me I was done without putting any sort of top coat on and with filing powder all over my acetone dry hands. Will never return. read more

Very disappointed with this visit due to the fact that the initial nail polish was flawed and instead of color, my nails turned out white after placing them in the solar. The nail tech noticed that it was not right and asked if I wanted to change colors. Of course I wanted to. She said it was probably due to being at the bottom of the bottle. I was not sure why just knew it was not right. When I paid I thought it was higher than before but not certain. Once I got home I checked and she charged me extra for their mistake and I saw them put that same polish bottle back on the shelf. She did make it right by redoing my nails but I should not have had to pay extra for their mistake. I will not return because they can't be trusted read more
