    Nail polish

I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going to this salon. My friend and I were there for over 2 hours and we were only getting mani/pedis with normal polish. At one point it seemed as if they forgot about my friend as she sat there for 30 mins before finally getting her nails done. It was one of the more expensive trips to a salon for just polish as it was 60$ for the mani/pedi. I could also see the different layers of polish on all my nails. Won't be going back to this place.

Nail art and the gel manicure. Within 2 days of my manicure, all polish is chipped off.

*this place deserved ZERO stars, but Yelp! Wouldn't let me post my review unless I rated it. Nail art near Wal-Mart flaunts a 10 day guarantee for all nail jobs (manicures and pedicures). Shortly (2 days) after receiving my gel manicure, 4 of my nails began to chip. My gel polish normally stays up to 2 weeks before chipping in any way, so you can imagine my disappointment upon chipping after 2 days. I was able to remove all gel polish from my nails after chipping using my own nails (very unhealthy for your nails) within 6 days of the manicure. I am a busy working woman and didn't have time to check if this 10 day guarantee was true or not. The male worker who did my nails was rude and very unsociable. I was skeptical about how my nails would turn out before he even finished completing my nail job. He used a broken UV light that turned on and off repeatedly seconds into each lighting process and he kept saying that was okay. The polish chipped after 2 days so I'd say the light didn't do it's job. He was also very visibly angry when I asked to move from his station (the 2nd from the back along the wall) to sit next to my friend who I brought in to get her nails done. She had never been and I had never had issues there before. Now I completely regret bringing her there because both of us had the worst nail experience ever. This is Warsaw, Indiana. There are 20 other nail places in town I can get my nails done and all 20 of them are better than this nail facility. I will never return and that place will never get another dime of my money, second of my time, or any of my friends or family members.

This happened almost a year ago, but I just realized that my review was somehow deleted? Oh well, I…read morewill spend the time to reupload it. While I really like the people at Infinity, I am unfortunately still quite unhappy with how my haircut and style turned out. I graduated college today, so I wanted to get my hair done so it would look nice in my pictures. I had an appointment yesterday. I sent three photos (attached below) in for my inspiration pictures, one for style/cut, one for texture/softness, and one for length. I completed the lengthy new client forms and had a very long consultation with my stylist to ensure they knew how my hair reacts when cut, how my hair dries naturally, the shrinkage, etc. The style I had in mind was a sort of shaggy mullet. I had quite long, wavy hair (around the bottom of my chest in length) when I came in and the length inspiration picture showed I wanted it cut to my shoulders. I have had relatively shorter hair for almost all of my life, up until recently, so I was prepared for it to feel like a big chop. However, the chop felt a bit bigger than expected and when I finally put my glasses back on, I realized the longest parts of my hair is at the tip of my ears. Over 16 inches were gone, which was NOT what was agreed upon. I was not sure what to say since the cut was already finished and I wanted to give it a few moments since I could have just been looking at it wrong. I went to pay and I realized that while I was told it would be $60 over the phone for a "long haircut" (since I told them I had really, really thick and wavy hair), I was really charged $55 for a long hair cut and $15 for extra time. This was frustrating because the $60 price was confirmed over the phone twice and then again in person after the very lengthy consultation. After leaving the salon, I came to terms with my look not being what I wanted or discussed with my stylist. I took a little while to gather my thoughts because I am very non-confrontational, and finally decided to call the salon back to try and see if there was anything I could do to get my hair looking closer to my vision since my college graduation was the next day. The owner offered to meet with me and do a free rust treatment on my hair and a restyle, which did help a bit at first, but ultimately, I think after wearing the hair for a bit, it just looks the same as it did before. When I went to my graduation ceremony, I had three people make negative comments about my hair, and it made me end up feeling quite bad about it for the rest of the day. Honestly, it completely ruined the day for me, and I walked away having absolutely ZERO photos of my college graduation day, which is extra rough since I am the first person in my entire family to graduate college. This was supposed to be a momentous occasion that I would look back on with pride and happiness, but instead, it still makes me feel disgusted a year later thinking about it. Thankfully, after seeing the situation and how terrible, my photographer for my graduation pictures was willing to reschedule until it grew out more. All I wanted was a refund, but its been so long that I know it is out of the picture now. I've genuinely cried so many times about this (haha I wish I was kidding) and I just wish I went to great clips instead or something, because then I could have walked away with the same cut for 1/3 (or less) of the price.

Sara has always gone the extra mile for me to make sure I am as comfortable as possible during my sessions. She also gives the best scalp massage! The salon also offers other services-esthetics, extensions, and permanent jewelry, to name a few. Every person I have come into contact with at Infinity is talented in their skill set. They have all been very professional, helpful, and genuinely kind.

Some plans we had made fell apart and we had some time on our hands so we went into the spa to inquire about massages and facials. You first notice how cozy and inviting the salon is and then you are wowed by the staff. Every person we encountered in the salon were very professional, and were more than accommodating. My mother opted for a facial, while my BFF and I had massages. My mom loved the facial that Kerry gave her, especially the little massage of the shoulders, arms, and hands. Her skin is still glowing from that facial. I am a avid believer in the benefits of massage and have been massaged regularly. I have never experienced a massage like the massage Kim gave me. I am in that stage of life where I am HOT (temperature wise) all the time. Kim used some cooling lotion on me and it was the most comfortable I had been all weekend. I reached a state of relaxation that has eluded me for years. Same for my BFF, her masseuse was Fran. The next day was our last day at the Resort and we opted to spend the morning having another massage before we left. Both my BFF and I are trying to figure out how I can get back there once a month to see these two miracle workers. If you have the opportunity to stop into the 702 Spa, I would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!!!
