The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes their time to make sure you're comfortable. I especially have to rave about CICI -- she is AMAZING. Her gel builder manicures are next level. She is so detail-oriented and truly talented at shaping and structure, making my nails look beautiful. You can tell she really cares about quality and takes pride in what she does. Not only is she skilled, but she's also sweet, patient, and makes the whole appointment feel relaxing and fun. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails since seeing her. They look natural and professional! I have had Tammy and Jessica do my nails, along with some other technicians who have all been good. Today, Jessica did a wonderful job on my brittle nails that I was embarrassed of! She was so nice, and so is the woman who runs the shop up front (owner). Please give this salon a try! We've been loyal customers for a long time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM and arrived 10 minutes early. We were among the first people there and were seated right away. They began my pedicure, and my daughter sat in the chair next to me waiting for her manicure and pedicure. However, after we sat down, about 10 other people came in for pedicures. Every single one of them was seated and helped before my daughter. The staff expected the same technician who was doing my pedicure to also do both my daughter's manicure and pedicure, even though we had an appointment. Meanwhile, everyone else who walked in after us was being helped by separate technicians. It was extremely frustrating and unfair. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced poor service here recently. Because of that, we won't be returning.

One of my acrylics was lifting and extremely painful when pressed, and when I mentioned this to her, she was extra careful when removing it by holding the nail down and filing gently. It turns out that my pain was from a broken nail halfway up the nail plate which made me nervous to continue with gel (I don't get my nails done frequently). Lynn was very reassuring and did a great job reinforcing the nail with dip and I assume some strengthening polish, plus gave me advice on when she thinks it will grow out long enough to cut it and get rid of the split. I wasn't in any pain and my nails look great! I was so nervous because I know some nail techs can be rough, but I left so relieved. Price was fair as well - $40 for acrylics removal and a fresh gel coat that I'm happy with. They only accept cash tips though so plan accordingly.

The owners, David and Molly, are so friendly and accommodating and truly make you feel like an old friend every time you come in for an appointment. I've also had pedicures here and have zero complaints. Molly is my go to when it comes to my nails, but she's in high demand, so I've had other nail techs do my nails as well and I've never had a bad experience. Consistent, quality work every time.

1 Star I had a…read morereally disappointing experience here. When I sat down, I was asked if I wanted a design, and I said yes -- specifically a French tip. I was completely fine paying extra, and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. However, once another customer walked in asking for a fill, the technician completely changed her attitude. She started rushing through my nails, brushing over them repeatedly, and seemed visibly annoyed when I confirmed I wanted French tips. It felt like my service suddenly became an inconvenience because she didn't want to "lose" the fill appointment. Out of courtesy for the other customer who was waiting, I ended up settling for a solid color, even though that's not what I came in for. Despite that, my nails were still rushed and messy, and the final result looked sloppy and unfinished. She was nice at the beginning, but once the other customer arrived, the service dropped significantly. I didn't say anything at the time because there were people waiting, but I left unhappy with both the quality and the experience. If a salon offers a service, customers shouldn't be made to feel like a burden for requesting it -- especially when they're willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to say I won't be coming back.
