The guy that did my nails looked younger but he couldn't understand what i was trying to tell him he had to get the lady next to me to ask me a translate to him. He filled my nail 7 times and made it bleed an left nail polish all on my hand. My daughters and I are at the nail shop and a lady just walked in asking for a nail repair. She had gotten her nails done yesterday but two were damaged. They told her to sit down then five minutes later they told her to come back tomorrow because everyone was busy. She explained to them that she couldn't come back because her nail was hurting and she didn't have the time. The nail tech ignored her and told her that she could come back at another time again. A white couple walked in and the tech asked them what they wanted. She then told them to have a seat and that someone would be right with them. I'm looking crazy at this point because I know ain't no way I'm gonna sit up in their shop and let them do my sister ( another African American female that I don't know ) like that. When they told the couple to have a seat in the pedicure chair, professionally, I spoke up.... Let's just say, my good sis is getting her nails repaired ! Not on my watch, not this time around! You are gonna treat us right or we will take our money elsewhere!! About 6 years ago the nail tech that would do my nails was on vacation so I had another tech attempt to do them. She was unskilled and was doing a horrible job so I asked for the manager. She stood up and started yelling at me telling me that she would never do my nails again. Everyone was appalled including me. The manager intervened and told me to come to his chair. He kept apologizing and offered to do my nails for free. I rejected his offer because I didn't come for a handout. I remember sitting there crying the entire time while he did my nails correctly because I wanted to keep my cool. In a room full of Caucasians I didn't want to appear as the angry black woman. This time I wasn't going to give their behavior a pass. They desired 0 stars and I will never patronize with them again. After she got the color I picked out I asked if it was silver glitter after it was painted it was indeed gold. Instead of bothering them since they were already rushing I left them. Customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I went in after a long day of work to get a pedicure and I had the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon!! The guy that done my feet was very rough and he rushed through the job he did not take his time. He didn't speak any English and could not understand English!! I tried to tell him that he was hurting me and he could not comprehend. Also I told the manager that I was not pleased with the service that the guy provided me and I look over and see the guys laughing the entire time. The manager offered to allow someone else to fix what the first guy done and instead of actually fixing the problem he just removed my polish and repainted my feet. He did not reshape my nails which is what I wanted them to do. I am livid because these guys did not understand a bit of English and the job was trash. I wasn't asked if I wanted my toenails to be clipped or filed off the first guy just took it upon himself to just do it anyway!! I will NEVER go back to this nail shop!! I'm am very unhappy with the service I received and I was also told that I was looked at as a walking dollar sign and not a actual customer by another employee meaning they don't give a damn about the service they provide for black women they just want my money. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! I called the manager to let him know that I wanted a refund because I was unhappy and he told me that he does not have a refund policy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! I didn't feel comfortable knowing that they didn't care to provide me with a comfortable experience, they just want my money because I am a black woman!! I never post reviews like this, but I wanted to let others know. I use to be a regular at this salon, but I will never be back. I took these pictures right after I left the salon. I came in one hour before they closed, and wanted to get a manicure with SNS powder. They tech was rude and rushed through my service because he was ready to leave, so I didn't say anything about how bad they looked. I went back the next day and they refused to fix them. They told me they looked fine, I just needed to wash my hands. This is what $50 gets you at this salon. read more

I will not go back for any services. I got a fill in and VIP pedicure..the guy that did my fill in was rude. I asked for an menus to see other services they provided 3 times and he still didn't get me a menu. I told him that I was new here and I didn't know what they have he just shrugged it off.. I wanted a fill in with matte rose gold color.he continued showing me a gel gold color..I told him No a rose gold and he proceeded to tell me it's the same thing..so I asked him to give clear. My pedicure was horrible he barely touched my feet. My feet still feel like they have dry skin on them. Instead of 45 min of messaging it felt like he just rubbed 3 different lotions on my feet. Don't bother. They were very busy, but I was told it wouldn't take long for a pedicure and a pink and white. They sat me in a chair and I waited over 30 minutes for a pedicure - then they asked me to cash out and forgot about the nails. At this point I was frustrated so I paid and left. This used to be my favorite nail salon- not anymore. My visit with them a couple of days ago was my last. My gel nails are already chipped and I left with rough skin still on my feet. My pedi massage wasn't what it used to be bc the guy barely was touching me! Not to mention I've been there 4 times over the last 2 months and there are never the same technicians. We had to explain 7 times to 3 different people my friend DID NOT want a manicure. #1 rule in customer service is: listen!!! Next, what happened to the prices??? Can someone explain to me why my pedi/mani gel was the same price as my friend's standard pedi? I would've paid more if I had not questioned them and she should've questioned them too. It's a shame to see what was once a decent nail salon go down the drain. I was already on the fence about going back since Andy, the owner, failed to give me my bridal manicure that I called and scheduled weeks in advance... oh, and also... next time I'd advise the technician not to stand over me while I write out the gratuity.
